I was raging toward him when Caroline stepped in front of me just in time.
"Richard," she called, holding me back.
I glared at him and could have pierced him with my look but he seem unmoved.
"Let's go!" I said angrily. I held her wrist, not too tightly as I didn't want to hurt her, pulling her out of the store.
We drove back home without a word but deep inside, I was fuming with anger.
I got inside the house and saw Olivia setting the dining table with different meals set on it.
I walked over to it and angrily shoved it all down causing it all to shatter.
They both looked shocked and were too stunned to speak.
I didn't care.
I was so furious that the hurt I felt was gradually turning to hatred within me.
"Richard!" she exclaimed and I turned to face her.
"Don't you dare call my name," I gritted my tooth out of anger and hurt and now, hatred.
