Lilith, a decorated general for the army of the Blood Monarch, who has been missing from the world for more than 50 years and counting.
A blood Demoness herself had been serving under the Blood Monarch's banner for centuries. Known as a ruthless and cunning war mongrel throughout the known universe who would go to any lengths to accomplish her goals.
But those close to her and serving under her know her as a capable tactician and a powerful Elementalist. The tales of the fight between the Demons and the Divines is a story etched in anals of time with blood and carnage.
Lilith was at the forefront of such a fight between the two factions. The Blood Monarch was an upcoming champion for the Demons and was tasked to secure a strategically important location for them against a faction of the Divines.
While there was news of a legendary fruit being born in a lower world, many factions were eager to try and grab the fruit for themselves and The Blood Monarch and tasked Lilith to acquire the fruit for him.
Lilith had immense respect for The Blood Monarch and would not hesitate to lay down her life for her liege. For the Blood Monarch as well Lilith was his strongest fighter and tactician and he valued her immensely. The Blood Monarch even gave Lilith 3 powerful and lifesaving artifacts prior to her journey towards the lower world.
One of the Artifact was the pair of Space Stone to be set up prior to any dangerous battle to save ones life, the other was the one time usage blood bead for absolute dominion over another being (although it requires certain conditions to be met, the same artifact used by Lilith to draft the Soul Contract) and the last was a lightening whip, operated by rare lightening cores.
The Blood Monarch had taken a gamble at a crucial point and had doubled the stakes by providing Lilith with the rare Artifacts. But only later would he realize that he had opted for a losing bet.
Soon any and all sorts of communication with Lilith was lost. Later it was found that it had been a trap all along. A team of divines had set up an intricate plan to trap Lilith in an anonymous lower world.
Lilith was now trapped and there was no way of actually finding Lilith without breaking the treaty with other factions. The Blood Monarch had lost a lot of face in the events that transpired and had been called back by the higher authorities to undergo some more training.
Meanwhile, Lilith was trapped in a cave in the middle of nowhere. With years passing by Lilith had found a way to accumulate the blood elemental energy little by little. But the problem was that this was nowhere near enough to break the shackles that bound her. According to her calculations, it would take her nearly 1000 years to free herself from her imprisonment. Though the time was not an issue for her individually but she feared that during that time the tide of war might shift a lot.
Still, with no other option at hand, she bid her time and focussed on accumulating the elemental energy, things started to change with the arrival of Axel in the cave.
At first, Lilith only focussed on the fragment of the Space artifact that had been lost during her fight with the Divines as she was surprised by the sudden appearance of the familiar energy signature. She was sure that the fragment of her artifact had been used to send the boy to the cave.
But soon her attention was drawn towards the boy, who seems to be too special to ignore.
Others might not have noticed the subtle energy fluctuations around Axel, but Lilith was not among them. She was blessed with a unique physique known as "The Elemental Eye" wherein she could observe the smallest of elemental fluctuations and draw insights from them.
Lilith knew the Blood Monarch, before him becoming the monarch. They were raised in the Domains of Demons together and had built a strong trusting relationship in the harshest of the environment. But due to her past with The Blood Monarch she was well aware of how the elements interact with and in front of a monarch Candidate.
The process of a person becoming a Monarch includes the birth of a new element. It might not be a completely new element but certain aspects of it will definitely vary from how the already existing element behaves.
What most people do not know is that the Elements possess a sort of a conscious where the elemental particles behave erratically around certain events and phenomenon. Most of the world including the other monarchs still discards this idea of Elements possessing consciousness.
But Lilith with her unique Physique could see this phenomenon live in action. She had noticed that at the time of rise of her friend from a monarch Candidate to an actual Monarch the elements like element of darkness and Element of Chaos would always be around him, like a mother providing supporting his child and some elements would detect being in his presence like the element of Life and Element of Light.
Although drawing such analogy was Lilith's own imagination but the elemental particles did behave erratically around her friend.
And now she observed something similar when this unknown boy came to the cave that imprisoned her.
