Seeing herself in the wedding gown, it finally sank into Anna's mind that she was indeed getting married soon. She would be saying goodbye to single life when she originally planned to be a single mom. Instead, she had to say goodbye to being single.
No more frequent nights out. No more clubbing as she pleased. No more getting drunk. No more sleeping with other men.
She would be a lawfully wedded wife soon and an expecting mother.

She realized that she indeed needed to file her leave to have time to take care of matters related to her wedding.
