"No. It's alright. I was just surprised since it wasn't what I was expecting," Anna replied and Lexus panicked that he had failed.
"We can go and look get a look at other houses. Let's get a house of your liking this time," he quickly said. He was about to start the car again but Anna stopped him.
"That's not what I meant. I like how this house looks. I just thought you would want something more flashy," she explained and Lexus nodded in understanding.
"I'm not into such things. I just want a place that would be comfortable for you and our child. I chose this with the recommendation of my mother," he felt a bit disappointed that she thought he was into showing off despite the discomforts it would give her.
"I see. Thank you. I'd love to look around. Shall we?"
