Cailean was left sitting on the floor after the words uttered by the friend. One conversation completely turned the tables, from friends and the seemingly unending and very strong bond to a shattered trust and they suddenly turned into enemies.
Cailean wanted to apologize and stop her from stepping down the stairs, but she knows that there is nothing that will make Lena halt her descent.
