Lena was shocked at the rate at which her ice quickly cracked even though it was just halfway through the melting. Her drowsiness promptly went away as she watched Cailean breathe her first breath through the cold ice and start moving one of her limbs. The feelings of relief and missing her friend made her laugh uncontrollably, making her knees weak, and almost went to the floor.
Cailean, on the other hand, sat up and breathed heavy breaths until her mind vividly played the memory that she had talked with her other selves. Her lips shook violently through the coldness of the ice and the revelation was given to her by her Chosen One side. Lena, on the other hand, thought that she was only cold and needed some warmth from thick cloth.
