The last sight that Alpha Conri saw was Cailean's surprised face before he felt the blade had run through his heart, causing him to black out. His vision became bloody, and he could feel his life slowly being taken away from him.
He was awake a few times for a couple of moments but couldn't speak nor move a single muscle of his body. Through his already blurry vision, he saw and heard glimpses of the cave collapsing, with the goblins – everyone was running in different directions, and he felt the soft and trembling hands of Cailean wrapped around him.
The next thing Alpha Conri knew was a brief moment of bliss when her lips touched his and he felt her tears falling to his cheeks, and it healed his wounds. The Alpha felt that the hole made by the weapon of the elf was slowly closing and his body had returned to normal already.
