Alpha Conri felt a small and tickling sensation that made its way on his cheek. His slumber had been interrupted and when he woke up, the bottom of his vision saw a spider that was traveling across him, making him flinch and dust off the spider that was on his skin in surprise. The Alpha then stood up and looked at his surroundings that were all pitch black, only being lightened by faint light from afar.
He grunted as he stood up, then remembered what happened back at the castle. His teeth gritted in rage and wanted to come at him as soon as possible, but then also recalled that Cailean is with him. Alpha Conri stopped and looked at Cailean everywhere until he smelled a familiar scent that eased his feeling.
It was the scent of a flower as if it came from a garden on a spring day.
