Russell felt as though he had been tricked.
Grandma Lan seemed to have said something very important,, but it was as if she had said nothing at all.
Some of his confusion was resolved, but now there were even more new mysteries.
However,, looking at Grandma Lan's attitude, it seemed impossible to get any specifics from her.
Based on Russell's speculation... perhaps the "Bad Day" had sabotaged a certain plan or plot of the Nan Family. That seemed to fit, to some extent.
But he couldn't be sure.
The reason was simple.
