"All right Daisy, it's time to pull out the big guns! Let's see how Levi here likes your trump card!" Mammon repeats himself, seeing I have yet to show my 'trump card'. "Wow! It sounds to me like the gauntlet has just been thrown down! It would seem Daisy has some sort of trump card to use against Leviathan! Perhaps now would be a good time to check in with our color commentator. Satan, what do you think this could be about?" Asmo's eyes were wide with surprise and interest as he talk to Satan.
"Well, it's not at all surprising that Daisy would come into this with a secret weapon. It seems that the advice I gave is about to pay some dividends. Excellent." Satan was smirking cunningly as he spoke to Asmo. "Just a minute... Satan, are you telling us that you provided aid to Daisy? How very wicked of you! I suppose this would be a good time to get your take on this as well, Beel." Asmo looked angrily towards Satan upon hearing Satan's 'wicked deed', but soon composed himself and turned his attention to Beel, who was now eating something other than cheeseburgers.
"If you want to hear what I have to say, it's going to cost you. Let's say one extra-large bowl of katsudon and some miso soup to go along with that." Beel started drooling again upon him mentioning food. "OK, whose idea was it to invite Beel to this, huh?! He's done nothing but eat this entire time!" Asmo now looked upsettingly towards Beel, but quickly composed himself again.
"...In any event, if Daisy does have a secret weapon, it could mean something that will make winning against Leviathan possible! Perhaps we should hear what Daisy's opponent thinks about this. Tell me Levi, what's running through your head right now?!" Asmo looked to Levi, who hasn't said a word upon Mammon's second mention of my 'trump card'. "ROFLMAO! looooooooooooooooooooooooooool!" Levi started laughing at me in text form, ticking me off and making me want to knock him on his butt with my 'trump card'.
"Right... I have absolutely no idea what you're saying! But clearly you don't see this as a threat... Got it! So, what could this trump card of Daisy's be?! Let's find out...!" Asmo and everyone else in the room looked at me with interest, all except for Levi, who doesn't even see me as a threat. With that, I take out the pendant Solomon loaned me. It's in the shape of a single wing. I was a little surprised that Solomon would even loan me something so rare and hard to get. Upon seeing it, Levi was absolutely shocked.
"W...wait a minute, is that...? I don't believe it! It's the Lord of Corruption's lost wing pendant-the platinum version! That's incredibly, incredibly rare... It's legendary! H-How did you get that...?! That pendant was only sold in extremely limited quantities to commemorate the release of Volume 1. It's a veritable TREASURE! Any TSL fan would KILL for that. GAH! I...I can't bear to look at it! It's just...too...beautiful...!" As he was shaking, Levi closed his eyes and looked away from the pendant. I smirked as I put the pendant back in my pocket, pleased at how I rattled Levi's confidence.
"Huh, so it's really that special? Well, I guess Solomon really is as big of a TSL fan as he claims. How about that." Mammon seemed utterly surprised that Solomon's TSL pendant helped us out. "All right, um... Okay, I suppose that settles who the true TSL nerd is..." Asmo looked a little confused, having a bit of trouble understanding what just happened.
"I won't stand for this. All you did was stay up one night marathoning the DVDs. The idea that someone like YOU could actually be a bigger TSL fan than me, it's..." Levi looked at me with pure rage in his eyes. I took a few steps back, as I started to feel a growing sense of fear. "Wh-Whoa, calm down there, Levi...!" Mammon spoke up nervously to Levi, who was making his way towards me with a dark and deadly look in his eyes.
"No...no, I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIIIIIS!" Upon shouting this, Levi was enveloped in a dark mist as his appearance started to change. He was no longer wearing his RAD school uniform. Instead, he was wearing a black halved side-zipped hoodie with a blue lining, which was decorated with droplet scale patterns in multiple areas. Underneath, he wears a tight-fitting shirt with white and gold accented clip-on suspenders attached to fashionable, snakeskin patterned pants, which matched... his TAIL?! He also had dark purple branched coral-like horns that curled upward and snakeskin-like scale birthmarks visible on the right side of his neck. This was my first time seeing a demon turn into their demon form, and I just stood there, feeling both awed and terrified at the same time.
"Uh-oh...! Daisy, run! Get out of here!" Mammon shouted, bringing me back to reality. I was shaking as I tried to back away from Levi. "Mammon, help!" I knew it was stupid, but I was scared, fearing that Levi could easily catch and kill me even if I run away. Plus, I wanted to believe that Mammon would like me enough to save me.
"Hold on! I'm comin'... Wh...D'AAAAH! Beel, you idiot! What's the big idea drippin' ice cream all over the floor?! You made me slip! Daisy! ...Dammit, I'm not gonna make it in time...!" Mammon fell to the ground, having slipped on the ice cream Beel was eating. Seeing that Mammon wouldn't be able to reach me, I turn around to run, but I trip over my own feet and fall to the ground myself, landing on my wrist. I tried to crawl away, but Levi was quickly closing in on me. I closed my eyes, thinking that this was the end, that I would be dead and I would be seeing my grandfather again sooner than I thought. When suddenly, I heard a familiar voice call out. "...That's enough."
