"You're staying right here, Suzy!" Dr. Stacey reprimanded her daughter firmly. "The surface isn't a place for a nice midnight stroll."
"So that's why you're okay with Kevin going alone?" Suzy retorted.
"I'm not okay with any of this, but Kevin is the only one who can handle the machines. That place isn't safe for someone like you, Suzy"
"You know what happened last time, right? That place isn't safe for any of us. I'm not going to let him go alone after knowing everything."
As the argument threatened to spiral out of control, Cassandra stepped in to de-escalate the situation. "Stace, I think Suzy has a good point. Kevin has a habit of attracting trouble. Plus, he still hasn't gotten used to his cyborg system. He needs someone to guide him and stop him from taking unnecessary risks."
"I won't repeat my mistake," Kevin cut in.
"Even so, I think you're going to need her help out there. Two heads are always better than one," Cassandra replied.
