Chapter 39 - Chapter 39: Preparation

Hiss!

Allen held his breath when he looked at the place where the fight took. Houses? There were none, the tens of buildings that created an alley were destroyed.

Pieces of stones and dust blew all over the place. Allen used telekinesis to create a barrier that made Allen untouchable from the dust.

His eyes widen as he reached the core of the area. A huge pit... Maybe 100ft deep, a huge crater made Allen feel different emotions.

In the end, he used 'fearless' and jumped down. His heart throbbed as he reached the ground. The remaining energy of the spell fought each other, turmoiling the energy killed every atom of oxygen.

Inside the crater, the aura was densely packed, like a world war was taking place. Except of Sage-Realm (Master Realm), no other beings could go down. If they do, they will just be courting death.

This includes Allen too. His telekinesis barrier and golden shield broke several times. A second and a barrier broke, another second, another barrier broke.

If he didn't have infinite mana, he would have exhausted to death. Mana was being used second by second, without any rest.

Allen stayed inside the crater for 1 minute and jumped up. He took a deep breath. His emotions were jumbled around, he didn't know what to feel.

He returned to his room at the Mega Huge Inn. Every time he sees the name, he didn't know whether to laugh or admire this place.

But due to heavy emotion, he didn't care about it. The weight of killing 1000s of people is placed on his shoulder.

He didn't feel that regret, but just imagining his family was also killed there, he couldn't hold it. He slept on his bed.

No matter what, I should calm down.

Thinking that Allen stood and flew through the window. In just a matter of hours, he reached his practice ground. The old ground where he got his system.

The ground deprives of life, the mysterious ground where a powerful array is placed. To make his feeling go, he started firing fireballs.

Hundreds of fireballs appeared in the sky with a click of his finger. It all rained down with a flutter of his hands.

The balls fell in a line, as they were queuing to hit the ground.

As the fireball hit the ground, an ear defeating sound echoed. Sounds of them echoed throughout the forest.

Be it energy blast, or palm laser. Wind Blast or Bomb Blaster. The explosion erases his pain. As he used spells, his body glowed.

No, he isn't going to break through. The bright light was generated by a black aura that slowly spread on his body.

From his legs, it crawled upward. Bending it, the black aura wrapped itself around Allen's body, and finally, his whole body was covered in the dark aura, and the aura entered inside the body.

[Ding! Ding! Ding!]

[Warning! Warning! Warning! Warning!]

Red lines of notification flashed on the air.

[Evil energy is controlling the body. Neutralizing the energy]

[Ding! Can't control the energy]

[Reason: Host's emotion is in turmoil]

[Creating a skill to erase the host's emotion]

[Ding!]

[Emotionless: Erase emotion from the heart when the emotion is in turmoil]

[Ding!]

[Neutrilized the black aura]

[........Sucesss]

A wave of windows appeared all over the air. It was like when a rocket fails to launch, or like when an airplane couldn't land, the panic that people face in this situation, the system felt the same.

Allen blinked his eye and felt some changes in his heart. He didn't feel anything. He felt he became a true monk who had gotten enlightenment.

Seeing the windows, he understood what happened.

He sighed a breath of relief and returned to his room at the villa taking 1 hour of time. After entering the room, he sat in a meditation position.

It's time to cultivate for real!

Allen decided to be serious in his practice. He needs good control over his skill, or this event will happen again.

Allen may not care about others, but he is also a normal boy. He isn't a murderer, serial killer or psychopath.

So, he felt the weight of killing many people. But except for brooding over it, he decided just to control his power better.

He won't kill many people in the future due to his skill. What if the next time he lost control over his skill like this time when he didn't think it would create this much destruction.

Having a grasp over the destruction it would create from the skill is also the duty of a mage. So, Allen went into full serious mode.

For a whole week, he didn't step outside the room. With the energy he manipulated inside the room, he improved his control over his skills.

After one week, Allen drastically changed.
