Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Korea

Twilight..... At a park called Minsyu park in South Korea. I'm here sitting on the bench, looking far away, but my mind was afloat. I dreamed about the memories of Jung-moon. My lost Korean Boyfriend. The breeze is cold and I feel every inch of it in my skin. This is the park when we first met and this was also our end when he left me. I still remember clearly how our final moment ended. "Anyeong haseyo!" Jung-moon greeted me warmly. He grinned at me as if he dearly loved me. I will never forget those grins, my heart adores the way his eyes twinkles. Even I could not believe every time we were together. I'm a big fan of K-pop and K-dramas, and every time I see Jung-moon he is more like them. He's handsome, tall, amazingly alluring and he has a sturdy body as well. He placed his right arm on top of my shoulder and we both stride toward the massive tree and sat under it. Like what he always do, he laid his head on my lap and he was enthusiastically telling me about the history of Korea. As he was telling the story, I gazed at him and it was as if I was dreaming that I had a boyfriend like him. We went through the day together until sundown. Abruptly, he said he needed to go. And he bid his farewell. "Anneong!" He grinned at me and kissed me on my temple and he turned away. I did not anticipate that, that day is to be our final meeting. It happened a year back, but the memory is still fresh on my mind. I ponder where he seem have gone off to, where is Jung-moon? ... It's been over a year since I last saw him. Unfortunately, my parent's sent me back to my home town, in Barcelona Spain. They took me to Korea to consider college there, but our family business went bankrupt. So they sent me back home. I proceeded my college in my hometown.

One day in my class. I'm not feeling well, I often feel this way since I don't feel like progressing to school, due to the reality that my classmates were continuously mocking me. I sat at my desk and was frustrated until now, the memories of Jung-moon was still in my mind. Abruptly, somebody drawn closer me. "Kirstein! Why are you always looking so sad, huh?" My classmate Eumie said as she sneered. I looked at her, and I saw her eyebrows furrowed. It was as if I had done something wrong and she fair looked at me like that. "Nothing, I'm just thinking about something," I said delicately to her, whereas I was still lowered at my desk. "I know! It's about your nonexistent Korean Boyfriend, right? What is his name again?" Eumie sneered as she crossed her arms at the same time. At very first, I thought Eumie was a genuine companion. I told her about Jung-moon, but in spite my trust in her, she fair snickered at me. I just kept calm and I always ignored my sentiments for her. "Goodness, have to fix your hair, look at you?" She persistently said to me, indeed knowing that someone else listened. One of our classmates' name Kate came in. "Your best-friend look so frantic again, huh?" She chuckled as she arrived. "Kate, she's not my bestfriend!" Chafed Eumie said. "I know!" Kate jeered. "Well, after class let's eat in the fine dine inn restaurant, do you like to come with us Kirstein?" Kate asked, as she smirked. Eumie's eyes contracted when she heard Kate saying it. "Kate! You know that she don't have any cash to join with us?" Eumie sneered. "I know, I'm just joking! And looked at her, she don't even press her uniform, she looks so filthy," Kate said wryly and she touched my sleeve. I did not know what I was going to pardon, actually, my father didn't pay our electric bills, that's why I didn't pressed my uniform. While we were waiting up for our teacher, they overseen to bother me again. After a while, my other classmates arrived. They were talking and tattling, I just kept calm to one side. Eumie approached me once more and she showed my classmates my stiff hair and tangled uniform. "This girl is bragging that she has a handsome Korean boyfriend," Eumie said snidely. They snickered indeed more while looking at me. I fair gazed at them and feeling defenseless. Since I was young, I was a 'lame' when called, I didn't know how to fight. When I arrived at our house, I was moreover quiet. We still did not have electricity, so, I opened the window to have a few light, and changed my clothes. I get tired easily and my body always seems tired.
