Incident#14396 (Reported by a rank 3 personnel. Code name: Seek)
Classification: Rank 2 and below.
Time of incident: Sunday. 11th of June 2032. Around 1:37 pm.
Details of incident: On the 9th of June, an online group known as 'The occult society' created by a Stray planned an offline meeting. This meeting was a trap by the owner to gather Extraordinaries and extract their Karma. The Extraordinaries in the group decided to split up, with 3 going to the meeting and one stay back to observe the situation.
When the incident started, all of the members inside feel unconscious by an artifact and an explosion resulted in half the upper building being blown up.
All the members were separated inside an illusion space. Due to the power warding barrier outside the building, supports couldn't come in and with no elites available for the time being they could only evacuate the surroundings.
Near the end of the incident, most the members of the group managed to confront the Stray, who were at the time doing a ritual. The target of the ritual was another member of the group: the boy named Harold.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, most of the Extraordinaries were already weakened and failed to stop the Stray.
However the Stray died at the last moment. Reason of death unknown. After the Stray died, the warding barrier also loses effects and supports were able to come in.
Aftermaths: The 3 members that weren't involved in the supernatural world choose to join. As one of them is already an Extraordinary there'll a full background check. If everything is ok they'll be enrolled in the introduction course by the end of next month.
During the cleanup, many artifacts were found. Amidst them, 4 strange artifacts were discovered. 87 cleanup members were killed and 5 rank 3 members were seriously injured. Currently requesting anomaly status for all of them.

Note 1-(23 minutes after the report): The witnesses has claimed 2 person were missing by the end of the incident. One was a woman named Salra, the other is unknown. There's no record showing that member existed.
Note 2-(27 minutes after the report): The Dreamers organization reported 2 powerful energy waves during the incident. The first originated from the basement of the building where the incident took place. The second origin is unknown. The first and second waves have the same energy and the second took place at the same time as the Stray death. It's warned to not analyze this energy under the councils command.
Note 3-(2 hours after the report): Requests for anomaly status were approved for all 3, the last artifact requires further testing.
Due to the new anomaly status of 5-238, 4-167 and 3-78 specifically, the classification will be updated from rank 4 and below to rank 2 and below.
