"Don't tell me you're okay, we have to go to the hospital now." Hanin said angrily when she saw Hasta who was dishonest with his illness.
"Hanin, just leave me here.. I beg you, Nin," said Hasta, who was already feeling hopeless in his life.
"No sir, I won't leave you here sick. We have to go to the hospital now, trust me sir! I will not leave you alone, there is me who will accompany and take care of you." Hanin said holding Hasta's hands.

Arriving at the hospital...
"How is the doctor, my husband's condition?" Hanin asked Husin, who had to be picked up by Rahmat because Hasta still insisted he didn't want to be taken to the hospital.
"His condition experienced a very drastic decline, a few weeks ago when Hasta went to the city he had been carrying out therapy very regularly, and now there is dilation of the perforated lung sac. It's not good enough. Hasta better get a lung transplant quickly." said Doctor Husin explaining everything about Hasta's condition.
"Thank you doctor, for being willing to come here to check on my husband." Hanin said with her eyes fixed on Hasta who was looking at him unblinking.
"You're welcome, Hasta is my best friend so I'm willing to come here even though it's quite a long journey, isn't it Hasta? said Doctor Husin then smiled at Hasta.
"Alright, since Hasta's cough has stopped, I'd like to excuse myself from going home." said the doctor, Husin greeted Hanin and then greeted Hasta, who was just silent because he was very surprised by what Hanin said in front of Husin that he was her husband.
"Thank you doctor." Hanin said after taking Husin to the front of the house because he brought his own car.
After taking Doctor Husin home, Hanin intends to go to the kitchen to prepare warm water to treat Hasta's body which has a lot of dried blood.
Before arriving at the door, Hanin faintly heard the conversation between Rahmat and Minah who was talking about Hasta.
"I can't bear to see Mr. Hasta tormented by his illness, not to mention the feelings that are always hurt by Miss Hanin who never understands that Mr. Hasta loves her very much." said Rahmat which made Hanin's footsteps stop behind the door.
"I am also concerned about Rahmat, why is Mr. Hasta not honest with Miss Hanin if Mr. Usman has made a will to Miss Hanin to marry Mr. Hasta. And because of Mr. Usman's mistake, Mr. Hasta's wife died." Minah said in a really big voice.
Hanin's body trembled, cold sweat started to drip down her body.
"Imagine Minah for three years Mr. Hasta harbored love and pain in his heart because he often heard Miss Hanin making out with Mr. Rafka, because Mr. Hasta could no longer hold back his pain until he intended to leave Miss Hanin's life, but I am grateful that Miss Hanin was able to bring Mr. Hasta back home." said Rahmat in a trembling voice.
"I can't imagine how Mr. Hasta could go through all this alone during these three years Grace. it must be very hard to live together but without a valid marriage and without any love from Miss Hanin," said Minah while crying.
Hearing that conversation all Hanin's heart was sliced. Without making a sound Hanin turned and ran to Hasta's room.
He saw Hasta was trying to reach a glass to drink his medicine.
Hanin walked slowly with tears in her eyes, a feeling of guilt squeezed her heart.
With trembling hands Hanin took the glass and gave it to Hasta.
For some reason, when she found out that Hasta loved her, there was not the slightest anger in her heart. In fact there was something else in her, there were beautiful vibrations growing in her heart.
"Hanin are you daydreaming?" asked Hasta after taking his medicine, seeing Hanin who didn't move from her seat.
Hanin suddenly woke up from her daydream, and looked at Hasta's face, which looked handsome and very calm.
"Hasta Hasta taken medicine?" asked Hanin with her lips suddenly feeling groggy to speak.
"It's just Nin." Hasta answered intending to get up to take off his clothes which were stained with his vomit blood.
"Let me help you sir." Hanin said as she unbuttoned Hasta's shirt.
"Hanin, I can do it myself." said Hasta who didn't want to be dissolved by his feelings.
"Just let me, sir, and please don't refuse anymore." Hanin said looking at Hasta's face who was looking at her.
"Hanin, why don't you understand yet? you're not....." Hasta didn't continue his words when Hanin interrupted him.
"Because I'm not your wife, right sir?" Hanin asked with an aching heart, Hanin wanted to drown her tears in Hasta's arms who always calmed her down.
"Right Nin, you are not my wife. our relationship is no marriage. This will not be good for you. Now that you are an adult, it's time to organize your life with the man you love. I'll get you the divorce papers right away and we're going our separate ways. I will live in the city and you can stay here." Hasta said with his decision that he had thought very carefully even though it would kill him slowly.
Hanin was silent, why did her heart hurt so much hearing all of Hasta's words. Why is her heart not willing if she has to part with Hasta even though there is actually no marriage between her and Hasta.
"Hanin, you heard and understood everything I said didn't you?" asked Hasta with a nervous feeling because Hanin was completely expressionless with all of his words.
"I'll be back for a while sir, I'll bring warm water to treat your bloodied body." said Hanin continuing to take off Hasta's clothes without answering Hasta's question.
"Hanin." Hasta called with his eyes misty.
"Wait a minute, sir." Hanin said without caring about Hasta's gaze waiting for her answer, then left Hasta's room and walked to the kitchen where Minah and Rahmat were gone.
In the kitchen, after pouring water into the pot. Hanin sat limply, weeping and letting go of all the burdens in her heart. Really her chest feels tight with Hasta's condition and Hasta's love.
