Jason's POV
I arrived on the rooftop of the laboratory building where my instincts led me. I began searching around frantically trying to find any trace of where he may be.
The wind rustled in my ears and my heart was beating loudly against my chest.
I couldn't help but feel terrified of what he could have done to her by now. My brain couldn't stop running through scenarios that I might be too late or maybe I was at the wrong place but then I could smell Aurora's scent around which meant he was intentionally doing this to confuse me.
"Stop hiding, I know you are here!" I yelled out while still searching around but no reply came.
"Don't play games with me you sick freak! Come out wherever you are so we can finish this once and for all!" This time my tone held anger and frustration.
