It had been a long day at the Mickey's. Jenny and Mikel drank toasts to many spirits. They also had a long talk, drifting from one subject to another. Still and all, Jenny took to caution and ensured she did not give away any information concerning Jimmy's death. She had managed to draw even more information from Mickey and was now clear about how much Mickey knew about Jimmy.
Having seen the cops on patrol earlier, even so hearing about Tega's sudden involvement in the search for Jimmy, Jenny knew quite well that the sudden investigation had come on the back of her refusal to let Ajuri have his way with her. she was sure to be in for troubled times. The cops would be red-hot on her trail and, by their cynical scheme, the death of Jimmy would be pinned on her. She needed to take a drastic action as soon as she could before the die was cast.
