After an eventful moment of wining and dining, Jenny and Edmund hit the dancefloor which was located in a more receding part of the lounge. The only demarcation separating the dancefloor from the lounge was a beaded curtain. The dancefloor was lit with different flashing bulbs of different colours. The duo danced gently to some lullaby playing in the background. Edmund was not in his full sober state at this point, but he really wanted to dance. He wrapped his arm around Jenny's hip and stuck his body closely with hers. He rocked her gingerly across the dancefloor and, of course, Jenny did not fail to pick up the gauntlet as she equally flowed along with the rhythm of Edmund's movement.
In this moment, words flowed freely out of raw emotions and the warmth that oozed forth between the duo set the tone for a romantic moment.
