''Hey baby.'' Reed smiled as he walked into the room.
Luciana jumped up in fright upon hearing his voice. She couldn't quite believe that he was here. She expected him to be back a little while later since that was what he said when she called him but now that he was here, she couldn't hide her joy and her surprise which was evident in her face.
''My love.'' Luciana screamed.
She hurried towards him, throwing herself effortlessly as he caught her in his large arms. Luciana peppered his face with kisses, loving that he paid so much attention to her. She loved this man with everything she had. Because even at a point in her life when she felt too weak to continue with her life especially with everything going on with her, he had held her by the hand and had ensured that she got back on her feet.
''I know you're surprised. You didn't expect me here.'' Reed laughed, setting her down.
