''Baby, I need to leave now. I just got a call that my father is having some seizures.'' Lucas said, rising to his feet.
There was a frantic look in his eyes which was something Kara hadn't seen in a long time. Even though he didn't like what his father did at times, he still didn't want him dead because there would always be this connection between father and son.
''Oh my gosh! I wish i could go with you.'' Kara sighed.
''Don't worry about it love, you've done enough for me. I'll give you a call to tell you how everything went. I love you baby.'' Lucas said.
He gave her a deep kiss that did wonders to her head. Kara didn't want him to leave but he had to. He kissed her again before jumping out of the window. Before she could get to the window and truly know how he came in and went out undetected, he had already disappeared.
''Really strange.'' Kara murmured.
