Although Blaze has a social phobia and low self-esteem, he tries his best to express his feelings to me and I can feel his sincerity and care for me. I guess it already took all of his courage to open his mind to me and talk with me, as some people with social phobia are fear of talking to strangers. To some extent, I am still a stranger to Blaze — we just met three times.
So I think I need to make a few steps forward, for the sake of our friendship:
"How about having dinner with us, Blaze? Come on, you don't have anything else to do in the bush at night, do you?"
My dinner tonight is the beef stew.
The beef chuck was cut into pieces and put into the pot, and the pot was set near the fire, slow cooking for the whole afternoon. As part of the flavouring, some bush tomatoes were added to the beef stew.
