The CraZe entertainment booked a private hall in one of the high-end clubs to finalise the talk about the collaboration.
Lim Do Yun looked at his cousin, who was handling the issue about coming to terms with the company that owns the majority of their company's shares. The founders and the owners of CraZe entertainment - the Lim family, have only 47% of shares with them at this point.
SMJ have 47% of the shares. No one knew who owned the remaining 6%. But Lim Do Yun was sure it was also under the control of SMJ, the most cunning company in the entertainment industry.
The Lim family did not notice a big company like SMJ was so close to swallowing their company till his cousin informed the family. No one noticed a single entity's huge accumulation of shares as everyone was busy with their business.
The craZe was one of their successful business but was not appropriately managed recently. As a result, the company started to decline. No one wanted to take that company in their family for one or other reasons.
The old master made his granddaughter - Lim Tae Ri, the company's president. But he was managing the company. Due to old age, the old master could not focus much on the company. Lim Tae Ri was also busy with studies that she did not have time to even look into the company affairs. Recently only she started to focus on it.
Lim Tae Ri felt her cousin's scrutinising gaze on her. It would be a lie if she said she was not nervous. She was so nervous that even her ass was sweating. But she bravely put on a mask to fool everyone.

He thought the president would stay silent and won't work even when the company falls into crisis. But she pulled her contacts and spoke to the CEO of SMJ directly to work together rather than them taking over the company.
He was amazed to know the CEO of SMJ was their president Lim Tae Ri's school senior, who agreed not to make things difficult for them.
"Everything was clearly stated in the contract. But still, our CEO wants me to say it explicitly to you. We are willing to provide resources and workforce as of now, as Miss Lim requested. But our kindness comes with its terms and conditions. We would not stay still if your company mistreats our people or take the resources for granted." Lawyer Rim's stern voice broke everyone out of their thoughts.
"We will treat your resources and support well. Trust us. Your employees will be treated fairly and with respect." Lim Tae Ri maintained a professional smile as she spoke.
Lim Do Yun was satisfied with his cousin's attitude and code of conduct. But he needs to ask the most crucial question even though it was agreed on in the contract. "Are we getting Kang Eun's choreographer, Mr Han?"
"For now, he will work with your company's idol group. As for which idol group could be discussed when he gets here. But if little Eun decides on the next album, our choreographer's priority changes, and he will focus on our artist. He would still help your artists, but the priorities lie with SMJ." Lawyer Rim spoke politely as if she did not know Kang Eun's choreographer's relationship with CraZe or how the cheeky brat would be a nightmare to Lim Do Yun.
She wants to know how he would react when he finds the identity of the choreographer Lim Do Yun was gushing about all this while. Thankfully she would be here to watch the show now.
"Obviously." Lim Do Yun knew the fame of Kang Eun's choreographer - Mr Han.

All the media houses thought was Mr Han could be Chinese as it was one of the common surnames in China. But that speculation was vehemently denied by SMJ last year and revealed Mr Han was a South Korean born and bought up in Seoul.
"Here is the signed contract." Lim Do Yun went through the contract entirely and accepted all their conditions without question.
The SMJ's CEO had already signed it and gave it to Lim Tae Ri after their first discussion itself. The trust they showed in Tae Ri warmed their heart but made all the Lim family members cautious. After looking through the document, they realised there were really no loopholes.
Soon the Lim family signed the contract. Lim Do Yun and Lim Tae Ri were here to give the document and celebrate the collaboration as soon as possible. After all, SMJ was fair, and most benefits were for CraZe only.
"Keep it in mind. We have two entertainment companies under us already. We do not want yours. You have to present the financial profit every quarter to SMJ. If the targets were not reached in the half-yearly, we would assign a COO to work with you. Even after that, if your profit does not reach the target in a year, we will take over the company. You guys can simply remain as shareholders after that." Lawyer Rim reminded me of the clause and the deal-breaker one last time.
"I already went through the demands and proposed targets. I have to thank your CEO for not making the target unrealistic and even supporting us." Even though the time frame was too short, the target was low. It made Lim Do Yun a little cocky.
"Everything comes with a price." Lawyer Rim smiled as she knew the thoughts of Lim Do Yun.
At this moment, the important people from SMJ who would be collaborating with CraZe entertainment arrived, and the club staff held the door open for them.
