Isaac floated across the galaxy. For the first time since he had woken up, he had nothing. He could hope to see Elizabeth someday, but the humans took that hope away.
"I am so tired. I just want to sleep."
He tried to fall asleep, but his hatred was too intense. So he traveled across the galaxy. He tried to forget, but Elizabeth's face haunted him.
"I can not even rest anymore, can I?"
He realized that eternal sleep would never come. It had been too long since he had gained intelligence. He can not just return to a natural phenomenon. Besides, he wanted revenge. Now he has to find a rift in the human world. After that, he will find Elizabeth's family, her classmates, and those abusing her. He was unaware of it, but the loneliness was already driving him mad. He flew all over the galaxy. He found many cracks, but most led to the different worlds, but none were mortal. The only times he stopped to rest, he tortured himself by revisiting his memories, which hurt his already broken heart. He wanted to rip out the guts of the people who had hurt them. After a year, he finally overcame the rift in the human world. As a being of natural holy energy, no one could distinguish him from the point of the natural world.
When he came to the human world, he flew to the Holy kingdom. He wanted to take revenge as soon as possible, and maybe then his heart would find its peace. But then he felt something familiar. But he could not remember what it was. It was the same feeling he had from Elizabeth in her last moments. Whoever this is, he must have gone through the same thing! Isaac was angry. Another person must suffer the same fate as Elizabeth did. Then he thought to himself. What if Isaac could help that person get revenge as well? And so he became an urban legend, a holy necromancer.
Days passed, and Isaac continued to bring the dead back to life. He continued to gather his army of archangels. But the mortal realm began to oust him. He could stay there only if he merged with a mortal. So he scanned an entire world and found a perfect host. It was a young man lying unconscious in bed.
"So you are Leviathan. What an irony."
Isaac smiled as he placed a hand on Leviathan's forehead. The forehead began to glow, and Isaac's spirit slowly entered Leviathan's body.
"The two of us will merge and rule the world as one. Leviathan would not refuse me after all. Who in their right mind would refuse to become a god!"
Brandon came home early from work. He went shopping for some gifts for his anniversary. But when he got home, he was speechless. His wife was with another man. As angry as he was, he sat down on the couch and smoked a cigarette. Soon he heard a voice.
"What do you wish for?" a voice asked him.
Brandon felt light as if all his problems had disappeared.
"To kill this whore." Brandon smiled.
After this one, Isaac was almost at his limit as his realm was dragging him back. He used all his strength and traveled directly to the infirmary where Leviathan lay in a coma. He smiled and used sacred magic to bring his soul from the astral back into the body.
"What...." muttered Leviathan.
"You are finally awake." he heard a voice. He could not see the owner of the voice. "We don't have much time."
"What happened to me?" Leviathan asked.
Isaac just smiled. He put his hand over his head and used magic to bring back Leviathan's memories. All Isaac saw was torture by that damn Brian and his hired thugs. They beat Leviathan until he lost consciousness and even further. Leviathan was sad, but one thought kept him going. He will see Elizabeth one more time.
But Isaac heard this thought and told him the truth.
"Elisabeth... ...is dead." Isaac felt empty inside.
When he said this to Leviathan, he realized that he wanted to die.
He was too powerless to take revenge. So at least he could go to hell and meet her there. Isaac knew all too well what Leviathan was feeling. He had been through hell, and every memory of Elizabeth became the hell that tormented him. He felt pain. It would never go away. He wanted revenge on those who had made Elisabeth end her own life.
"Leviathan... What if I said that you could avenge her? Isaac showed a sad smile.
"I'd say you are talking nonsense. "Leviathan clenched his fist. "I am powerless. She was, too. That's why we both ended up where we are today."
Leviathan recalled all his childhood memories, memories of him and Elizabeth, and cried. She was the one who always gave him hope and strength to live. But now she had left.
"Elisabeth, how can you be so selfish!" muttered Leviathan.
Again, Isaac knew this feeling all too well. He knew now that Leviathan was a perfect candidate to join forces. Together, their hatred would be even stronger!
"Leviathan, listen to me. Please!" Isaac tried to talk to Leviathan, who stopped listening.
"Just kill me, please!" Leviathanstarted to pull his hair out.
"LISTEN TO ME!!!" Isaac lost his patience and slapped him in the face. "I TOLD YOU, YOU CAN GET REVENGE!"
"Huh?" Leviathan regained his composure. His cheek was burning, but that gave him the push he needed. "How?"
"Have you ever heard of creatures called demons? Gods? Angels?" Isaac smiled once again. He was glad Leviathan was finally listening to him.
Leviathan was confused. He did not understand what all mythical creatures had to do with his revenge. He did not believe they existed.
"You do not believe they exist?" Isaac smiled when he heard Leviathan's thoughts. "I can assure you that they exist. I can prove it to you!"
Isaac spread his black wings and showed him a corrupted red aura. He did not speak, but his words echoed in Leviathan's mind:
"My name is Isaac. I am a god." Isaac bowed and gestured nobly with his hands.
"A god? Are you here for my soul?" Leviathangot his hopes up. "For revenge, I do not care!"
"That sounds good, does not it?" Isaac grinned. "Do not worry, you'll keep your soul. I have a unique plan in mind."
"Wha?"
"You are going to become the new god. With my current power, I can now merge with a human. Completely. We will become one." Isaac grinned.
"Sounds good," Leviathan gave Isaac a handshake. Their hands glowed a beautiful golden color. Isaac began to walk away.
"..."
"..."
"This is going to be a lot of fun!" Fusion of Leviathan and Isaac grinned. His body began to glow, and he disappeared.
*a few miles away*
Leviathan walked out of the golden light, and he had all the memories of Isaac and his powers. The two merged utterly and decided to call themselves Leviathan in the human world.
"Having fun, Brandon?" Leviathan sat down on the couch and asked. "This place is... Sorry, was very nice."
Someone had painted the beautiful house entirely in blood. That someone, was Brandon. The stench of guts and corpses made Leviathan frown.
"Gross."
Brandon was using his wings to slice people up. He wanted to jump and attack Leviathan but lost the feeling in his wings.
"Who are you?" Brandon was surprised.
"It's me, you dumbass. Isaac. Well, you can call me Leviathan now." Leviathan smiled. But that smile was malicious because Brandon killed innocents, too.
"What did you do, Brandon?"
Leviathan asked while looking at the corpse of a young purple-haired girl, maybe eight years. Brandon's daughter bore no guilt for her mother's actions, but she, too, was killed.
Injustice made Leviathan angry.
"..."
"..."
'Little girl, Your father... BETRAYED YOU!'
Leviathan stared at Brandon with angry eyes. Isaac had given him the power to take revenge. Instead, Brandon abused that power and even killed his own daughter. Leviathan looked at the poor girl and knelt in front of her. Seeing this, Brandon trembled. He began to plead for his life.
"I'm sorry! Please, I wasn't thinking right!" pleaded Brandon.
Leviathan put his hand on a poor girl's head, and a golden aura began to heal her. Her open-cut belly closed.
"Are you alright?" asked Leviathan with a smile.
The girl began to cry and suddenly hugged him. Leviathan was speechless and even angrier.
"She hugged a complete stranger. That's how traumatized she's." Leviathan looked at her and hugged her back.
"Is that what you wanted? You wanted to kill your own innocent daughter?" said Leviathan, staring into Brandon's eyes.
Leviathan stood up and thought about what to do. This is my fault, isn't it?
"Why... did I save her?" neither Isaac nor Leviathan had any connection to the girl, but Leviathan's humanity hadn't left him yet. And Isaac's hatred for the betrayal was now directed at Brandon. That person is the enemy.
"Close your eyes and cover your ears, little girl," Leviathan smiled gently.
She cried softly but did as he told her. She closed her eyes and covered her ears.
"No, Lillith, don't do it!" exclaimed Brandon. He knew Isaac, or the so-called Leviathan, wouldn't want to kill him in the presence of his daughter. So if she kept watching, he'd have a chance to survive! "Please, I beg you... Open your eyes!"
Right after Brandon finished the sentence, his body went numb. Leviathan used a high-class spell that made Brandon's body rot. Soon you could hardly see his body as a human anymore. No, he resembled a zombie. But he was still human, in unimaginable pain. Soon his heart could no longer stand the pain, and he died.
"Open your eyes? What a strange choice of last words." Leviathan spat out as he said these words.
"..."
The girl remained silent. Leviathan left, but the girl still stood there with her eyes closed and her ears shut.
After he left the house, he kept looking back. He had a feeling that the girl would follow him. And he wanted to make sure that did not happen. But she did not. She remained obedient.
"Good girl" Leviathan smiled and kept walking.
"What should I do?" wondered Leviathan.
He stopped and stared at the house.
"What will happen to her now?"
The god felt regret. He turned back to his house of Brandon.
"It will be all right... If I erase her memories, right?" Leviathan kept asking himself. He returned to the house and again saw that tiny little creature crying but obediently remaining with her eyes closed.
A shiver ran down Leviathan's spine as he realized,
"The girl... Was afraid that if she did not listen to me... I would kill her... Just like her father did!"
He heard quiet sobs and leaned against the wall.
"This is all my fault, the first people revived... were good. But... With the last one, I was so focused on revenge against humanity... that I did not even check if the person was evil."
He walked over to the little girl and took her tiny hands.
"Do you... want to forget what you saw today? Do you want me to revive your family?" He thought to himself, of course she does. What a stupid question! I should have done that from the beginning!
Her little body was shaking, but she shook her head and yelled,
"NO! Mommy and Daddy were both bad people. I am glad they are gone!"
'Then what the hell am I supposed to do with you!!!' Leviathan thought to himself and remembered, 'I am sorry, Elisabeth. I suppose our little world will have a new guest.
"Can... I'll stay with you? I'll be good, I promise! I can do my laundry and... And...'" she began to cry again.
'So... cute!" thought Leviathan to himself.
'Close your eyes. And wait here until I come back.", Leviathan ordered her, "When I come back, I will take you with me."
She did as Leviathan told her, but she thought Leviathan ordered her to leave her. Again she sobbed softly.
*Isaac/Leviathan's Realm.*
Leviathan restored Isaac's old world. Everything was as it had been before Elizabeth's death. It was full of life again. It still hurt him, but this time he had no choice. He had someone to take care of now. Soon he went back and took Lilith with him.
"Open your eyes, Lilith! That's your name, is not it?"
She nodded and opened her eyes, and her little mind was blown away by a fantasy land filled with beautiful flowers. When she first opened her eyes, she saw a pair of unicorns running into the forest. She saw a dragon flying and three beautiful colored moons!"
"So beautiful!"
Leviathan patted her head and smiled. Lilith's smile reminded him of Elizabeth when she first saw his newly designed world.
"Indeed, it is truly beautiful."
