"So, why do you want to see my spell?" I asked curiously, focusing my attention squarely on her own shifting gaze.
"Well, everyone else has gotten a good look at it, except me." This was the first time I had seen Lilith vulnerable, and I could not understand why. Rather than dwell on the why, I decided to indulge her request. Lilith made so few after all, and I saw no harm in it.
"Vacuus." I mumbled aloud as I forced the mana out from my core and into the space above the palm of my hand. I made a point of paying attention to the flow and how my mana affected the mass of the particles above my palm, condensing them into a singular point.
Less than a thought later, the void orb appeared motionless between us, but rather than watch the spell, I watched Lilith. Her ruby red eyes glowed with a child like awe as she looked on. An unabashed smile drawn wide across her cheeks.
"So, what can it do?" She asked curiously, her eyes glued to the pitch black orb.
