"That's strange. I don't know your brother could be so strong like this. What is his ability? It must be a rare one since the system couldn't detect it." The sergeant said.
"Err..." Xinny replied. "Are there any tests we have to perform?"
"No. That's all, I just need to upload his details that he's someone with an ability. No need for his swordsmanship training." The sergeant answered as he typed away on his computer.
And after a while, Xin's collar beeped twice and the number four (4) could be seen displayed on it.
"At least, you won't be bullied like before." Xinny said.
"Huh? bullied. Am I ever bullied?" Xin asked.
"Pretend well you idiot." Xinny whispered.
After everything had been taken care of, Xin and Xinny left the testing center as they made their way back to the dorm room. But the sergeant couldn't help but wonder what Xin's ability are. He seems strong and different from the previous Xin.
While Xin and Xinny were on their way to the dorm room, some students who had saw Xin and had recognized him were in shock of what they were seeing. They couldn't believe that Xin would come back to school, Alive!
But before they knew it, news of Xin returning back to school after a month coma, had reached everyone's hearing. Both the high levels and the low levels were now aware of Xin's resumption but what surprised them all was the number four power level that was on Xin's collar. When the higher levels heard this, they didn't believe and they had came to witness the number by themselves. It was a wonder on how a no ability Xin became a level four ability user.
"Do you have any idea what your ability is?" Xinny asked.
"About that..." Xin replied. "I'm just as surprised as you are. I don't know I had an ability."
Xinny looked at Xin's wrist. She had been wondering what the watch does because it doesn't look like an ordinary watch. It looks magical, like it was bewitched.
"Maybe it's that watch of yours." Xinny finally said.
Xin remembered his mother telling him that his father had created the watch for him so he could protect himself from any sort of danger. Could it be that this watch has something to do with having abilities.
"Maybe." Xin said as he run his hands through the Omnitrix. "Why don't I test out if I could do something, maybe trigger my ability or something?"
"That's a nice idea, we could try it out since it's evening and there are no more classes for today. I know a perfect place we could go to." Xinny said as she head off to a direction. The bullies and gossipers of the school had also followed after the two students.
"I want to know what his abilities are." One of the bullies said as they were walking slowly behind them till they entered the training hall.
"What are we doing here?" Xin objected.
"You said you need to trigger your ability, that's why I brought you here." Xinny answered as she put down her bag on one side of the hall.
Xinny then turned to face Xin. "Are you ready?" She asked.
"Yeah, let's start." Xin replied.
The two students went into fighting positions and both of them charge in at the same time. They held each others' arm and their heads were touching each other.
"Is this your first time fighting?" Xinny asked.
"No, I used to train everyday with my Dad." he humbly answered.
The fighting then got intense and Xinny made sure she didn't use her ability. But at the last moment, Xinny decided to see if Xin would be able to bring out his ability and she had used her fire ability against him.
She kicked Xin in the stomach and gave him a punch while her hands were covered with fire.
Xin was sent flying to the other end of the hall, his mouth was bruised with blood and his stomach was aching violently. But he's not giving up, something just showed up that didn't make him to give up yet.
"I don't think that fool's ability is strong." The head bully named Jaden said to his three other men. "Don't you think it's too fast for someone like him to be in level four in a month? Even our leaders who had lightning and fire ability were level twos for three months before proceeding to the next level."
"Err... Boss, how did you know that? They are ten to twenty years older than you, so you didn't experience them learning their abilities. Then how did you get the information?" One of Jaden's men named Joshua said. He was the shortest of them all but was the strongest.
Jaden gritted his teeth and snarled at Joshua, his height had covered Joshua's height and his eyes were staring at Joshua's forehead.
"I'm a friend of the two young leaders you idiot!" Jaden cursed. "Whether you like it or not I'm the leader here and don't you provoke next time with your words."
"Sorry." Joshua said with a smirk.
Joshua would have been the leader of the group but he intentionally didn't want to become the leader. He is someone who has a strong ability and even before he had an ability, he was born a strong kid. His aim in the first place is to hang around with strong guys but the strong guys of the military schools were useless and their aim was just to impress females by fighting their friends and colleagues. Joshua knew he would one day become a victim that those guys would use to show off to the rich and beautiful girls of their school and he would have no choice but to do as they say and play dumb to them. But Joshua wouldn't like that so he was force to join these bullies, probably just chilling around with them in school but he wouldn't follow them when they're off to bully the weak ones of the school.
"Come on guys, let's go and bully that showing off kid." Jaden said and two of his three men followed after him, leaving only Joshua to watch the show.
"So, did you get anything?" Xinny asked.
"I think so..." Xin replied but something was puzzling his mind.
