Chris had managed to pass through the blind Aliens without being caught. He got to the maple tree and stood at the exact point where Xinny and Michelle had landed.
After which he brought out a remote control that was immediately pressed by him. Suddenly, a big, round, blue coloured portal appeared in front of him. It was where they would pass through to their desired destination.
"What? But I thought it was hidden underground?" Xinny exclaimed. Xin replied by shruggling his shoulders.
It wasn't exactly hidden underground, if it were, Chris would have activated the portal that was located beside the maple tree he and Xin landed at.
But the portal changes location once another person uses the portal to land at another location. That's why Chris had to go through the difficulty of coming to where Xinny and Michelle had landed.
