Teacher Vidwaan sat down crossed legged on the ground as he waited for the Cadets to take their seats. Once everyone was seated, he continued.
"Today we shall proceed with the unlocking and activation of the Manipura Chakra, the third from the last. According to some scholars, the Chakras are formed during concentration and meditation only, but this has been proven wrong. The Chakras exist in a subtle state and require a human to unlock them."
Saying so, the Teacher sat on his knees and began instructing.
"Now follow after me, sit on your knees with your back straight and relaxed." Seeing everyone following his instruction the Teacher continued.
