He stepped out of the car and I watched him walk towards his home, I was going to wait until he went inside the house, but just when he was about to go in, he stopped and came back...
"Uh-hmm, Viviano if you don't mind, can I have your contact so I can contact you for our run date like you called it..."
I smiled.

I told him, he brought out his phone and I gave him my contacts and he smiled.

He left, this time he went inside and close the door behind him and I drove back home with loads of mixed emotions and questions that needed answers,
I use to think that with the power our pack has, we know everything there is to know, that I understood supernatural things so well but right now I realised that am just a piece of tiles to complete the puzzle.

I saw Craig standing outside the patio waiting for me and I realised I was home, I drove inside my house and just parked outside, went out and went to join Craig,
"What took you so long?

Craig asked me, I thought about and since we both needed to sleep anyways I told him,
" We could go in the morning"
And with that, we both went back inside the house and I went to my room.
I nearly fell over when the scent of Adrian hit me right at the moment I stepped my foot inside my room and I started crying, I went to the bed he slept and took a sniff of his scent and I could not control my tears so I just let it out and I thought about my father, would it have been different if he was still alive, maybe our pack isn't as all-knowing as it portrays, will I get the answers I seek and with all these questions in my mind, I slept which was nearly impossible because I love being a night owl, but I was so stressed out so with all the troubles around me and I just dozed off.
I woke up panting just a few hours to dawn, Luce was restless and was screeching inside of me, we both felt it, it was so painful, I thought it was just a dream but if Luce felt it too that means it was no dream. Our Mate was mating another, I knew Adrian had sex but it had never affected me until now, it was so painful that my claws didn't have any control, I just wanted to growl and roar and just surrender to the pain but I knew that wasn't the right thing to do, a run, Luce and I both needed a run and that's how I left my room with my grips on my chest and headed to the door and just when I stepped outside my room I saw Craig outside,
"Why are you here?" I asked helplessly almost falling, he held me and told me the whole pack could feel my pains, but it had been taken care of so I should not worry about that, I didn't know what to say to him, so I told him,
"I want to go for a run,"
"I'll come with you," Craig said,
I looked at him and smiled painfully I told him,
"You don't have to come, Craig,"
"No, you shouldn't be alone right now, you need both your Beta and Best friend with you,"
I smiled and hugged him and with that, we both took off into the woods and went wild in the woods, I wanted to let go and pour out the pains and the hurt I was feeling on something or someone, but something was holding me back, so we just growled and jumped around the forest.
After pouncing and growling around the woods, I was frustratingly exhausted and laid down with Aurum, Aurum is the name of Craig's wolf. I couldn't help but take a minute to admire Aurum, the beauty of Aurum never fails to make my heart skip a little, that was how beautiful Aurum was, 'Your mate will be so lucky I thought.'
"Are you okay, Alpha?" Aurum asked,
"Yes, I am."
Both Luce and Aurum were best friends too and they put both of us to sleep while they had the time of their own...
