Zolim is a Necromancer. A profession that is almost as dangerous as the Supernatural.
They are practitioners of the Magic power of darkness. Something extremely evil affected their strength.
The ability to resurrect the undead and control them at will was naturally extremely dangerous. But for Zolim, it was very useful.
He learned the ability after making a deal with a Demon to awaken his Magic talent. The demon demanded his soul in return for the price of that power.
But Zolim can fool the Demon with his dirty tricks. So that he can escape without giving his soul.
Because it comes from a Demon, Zolim's strength can be said to be quite great. He can even swap the bodies of living humans for Supernatural bodies and allow the Supernaturals to disguise themselves very well in the city.
Zolim is sure that no one will know about the Supernaturals in the city because of it. But what Cassius said made him uneasy.
Zolim doesn't know how the Supernaturals got caught.
