Four months have past and there has been since Ali and City's wedding. Ali is sitting in Moll's office waiting for the results of her exams.
Moll comes in smiling with the file.
"Congratulations my dear you are pregnant." Moll tells her.
"Really we used protection every time how is that possible?" Ali asks as she thinks over the last four months.
"Your not on birth control pills and condoms are not a hundred percent effective. Are you happy?" Moll asks Ali.
"Of course I'm happy I am just surprised. I never had regular periods so I didn't even notice when I missed them. I don't think I have had one since being married. That was why I came to see you. When I was cleaning the bathroom I noticed that I had never opened the feminine products that was bought when the house was stocked up. "Ali tells her blushing as Moll had been strict about all the girls knowing how to care for themselves.
