The manager over hears the hotel staff whispering about their guest. He is upset that they would break such a simple rule but listens to hear what they say.
"It's kind of strange that when we are needing guest to save us. These people just show up. They have nearly rented half of the rooms and none of them have questioned the outrageous price. The lady who booked most of the rooms paid extra to get her way even when the desk clerk charged her double to start. " the male clerk tells the female who is about to start her shift.
"I wonder if the clerk who charged her double kept the difference or if it shows what she paid. Does the manager know . I know that the clerk who checked them is always in heavy debt. " the female tells him.
The manager clears his throat to let them know he is there.
"Which clerk is embezzling money?" The manager asks.
