Marshal is at the police station talking to the Chief.
"Sir Misha, we got the notice you were coming. Our higher-ups have asked us to cooperate with you in any way we can. Yet I don't know what an actor needs with us?" The Chief asks Marshal.
"Then you do not know who I am. I am not just an actor; I am a true crime writer. I investigate crimes and help the authorities bring the criminals to justice. I have been following the trail of a gang set up in this City at its conception. They hide behind a few of your powerful families and sell drugs and arms. I have collected hard evidence that they are also responsible for arson, murder, and human trafficking. Most likely, they have not been caught because they have a few officers and officials in their pay or are indebted to them. " Marshal watches the Chief as he mentions corruption within the system.
