"Lucas! Are you even listening to me? The sun is setting. We should head back to the estate." Lee shook Lucas as he continued to stare over the cliff.
They had been waiting for hours and the Eva's horse had been neighing in annoyance for a while now. It was like he couldn't hear him.
"Fine! I will take the horse back and bring you a meal in the morning. A night out will be good to clear your head," Lee huffed in annoyance and abruptly lead the horse away.
It wasn't as if Lucas could not hear him, he just couldn't tear his eyes away from the water's surface. Even with his excellent dark vision it was becoming more difficult to see.
