Darren stepped in immediately and stood beside Ambrosia. He faced Brenda. "Don't worry Brenda, I will make sure she returns in one piece. You don't have to worry. All we need right now is a disguise." He took his gaze to Ambrosia. "You are going to meet Serafino but we wouldn't want attentions on us. The vampires are mixing well with the humans. It would be easy to let him know where you are."
Not arguing, she nodded and sat down and Darren breathed out in relief as he doesn't have to try to explain everything to her.
Brenda went out to get a disguise she said she had in her room. It turned out to be a really good one cause after she made Ambrosia face up, wearing the dirty brown waist length wavy curls wig, and brown lenses, Ambrosia almost looked like a different person.
Darren waited outside the attic while the two women did their business. After what seemed like an hour, the two of them came out and for a moment, he was dumbstruck.
