"Creston, you're finally back from Levi's". Mc'elle said.
"what's up"
Creston spent the night at Levi's because it had gotten late.
" what do you mean "what's up?" " Mc'elle knitted her brows. After what Creston did, he didn't show any remorse, he came home and casually talked to his sister like he had done nothing wrong.
Creston shrugged, Mc'elle closed her eyes and rubbed her forehead with her palm, "you know what? forget it".
Creston arrived at noon, it was a Saturday but Laura, Creston's mom was too busy, so many wedding cakes to bake. And Gobert, Creston's dad was too busy at work doing some research. So it was just Creston and Mc'elle that were at home. It was quite boring sitting on the brown leather couch in their fairly big living room with a nice, clear glass wall on one side giving one a clear view of the street, the house was on the mid and top floors of the building while the ground floor was the bakery.
* * *
On Monday, the beginning of the school week.
Before Creston left for school, Gobert and Laura warned him. They told him to keep the fact that he was a demon confidential and he should try his best to conceal his features for his own safety and theirs as well.
Creston was 12 years old and he was in the 8th grade with Levi.
He walked to school. It wasn't very far from home so he could but Levi's dad dropped him off at school with his nice, clean jeep. As Levi stepped out of the car, his black swade shoes with a gold buckle on the side hit the ground no one's head was left unturned. Levi looked as fresh as they come. He waved at Creston who had already arrived at school but was just waiting for him—no watching him from a corner. Creston was really handsome and smooth on money but Levi was damn rich and fairly good looking.
They were both on uniforms. Creston wore a check–patterned tie and trousers with a plain white long sleeved shirt, white socks and a pair of black wet–luke's shoes with a gold buckle on the top and of course a similar check –patterned waist coat. He looked dashing.
They both came just in time for the assembly.
They quietly strode down the hallway to the assembly hall and as they walked, some girls stole glances and whispered in each other's ears about how damn good looking they were but Creston and Levi didn't care.
At the assembly hall.
The assembly hall was relatively big, big enough to contain all the middle schoolers from 7th grade to 9th. It had chairs carefully arranged and spaced across the hall, a high pavement (a stage) for making announcements and presentations.
As they entered the hall, other students were already there but not all were seated so the hall looked quite rowdy.
They both ignored the rowdiness of the hall and walked towards their seats which were on the second row and at the left side of the hall. They weren't just any students, Levi was the valedictorian and Creston was the salutatorian, they were special seats for people like them in that category.
About five minutes later, all the students were seated and ready for the anouncements.
