"Bryan!" I called out, and then he stopped for a while and put his hands in his pockets.
I walked up to where he was standing then I said "Mind if I walk you to your office?"
"No," he replied in an icy voice.
Well, it was better than nothing; we walked to his office together in silence since I was out of words and I couldn't bring up my relationship with Miles in the hallway where many people would be listening.
When we got to his office, I asked if I could come in, and he nodded in approval. I walked in after him, shutting the door behind me while he sat down. After a few minutes of silence, I broke it by saying.
"What happened to us, I mean, we used to be close but now….."
"Nothing happened Paige we're cool," he said, raising his voice in a haughty tone.
"Bryan? Really?"
He was silent for a while before he spoke
