After breakfast, I walked back to my room to have a shower. When I finished, I took out a pair of clean clothes from my wardrobe and put them on. Leah came to my room when I had already dressed. She had been like that for the past 3 days, always clinging to make sure I was okay.
"Your hair, do something to it," she said.
I have never gotten a poor compliment on my hair because I always styled it, but I haven't been able to think of that since things turned around.
"I'll do it then," she said when she saw I wasn't prepared to do anything.
