"You seem to have everything planned out. But what to do? It won't be under my watch. This city still belongs to me.'' Walden said from a distance and the two beasts turned. They roared angrily when they saw Walden.
Meanwhile, the two men seeing what had just happened passed out immediately.
"Lord Walden, it's been a while. We bring a lot of regards from all those evil spirits you sent to hell. They mostly cannot wait to see you.'' the male beast said as he walked towards Walden.
"Really? Then, do send my regards back to them when you return''
"We are not going anywhere, Lord Walden. Not until we feast on that human girl who has the soul of the ghost descendant. Liam said she has the most satisfying blood ever'' the female beast said.
"Let's talk about that when you are able to get out of here alive, first'' Walden said and his eyes turned dark red.
"We have waited for this moment for a long time, Walden. Don't think you can take both of us down. I heard you don't drink human blood? How can you be strong if you don't drink human blood? You really thought you would be a true human being since you don't drink their blood, right?''
"Human blood is the sweetest, how could you forfeit that''
The two took turns, ridiculing Walden. They were right to some extent. Walden didn't take human blood. He hadn't consumed human blood in over 200 years. He relied on animal blood to sustain his thirst for human blood.
Walden smirked. "You two talk too much, do you know that? That's why it is advisable to talk less because it leaves a mystery for people to solve about you. Too much talk can get you into trouble, like now...''
Walden said and snapped his finger. A red line appeared around the two beasts, circling them in the middle. Lucia and Ali walked out from the corners of the giant solution tanks. They stood at the two intersection of the circles.
"I hope I'm not late?'' Boaz asked as he appeared and stood at the fourth line that joined the circle together.
"You won't get away from this, Lord Walden'' the male said.
"You think we were the only ones who escaped? No, someone else escaped. Azura, Azura also escaped along with us that night. Who knows, she might just be closer to that human girl as we speak.'' the female spoke.
"Wiake dan te asbso lante gant. Alios sam kan dio merai'' Lucia chanted as she threw some white money pills on the floor. The pills emitted a smoky aura which made the two evil spirits uncomfortable and they started screaming in pain.
Lucia continued to chant the more she did, the more the white money pills opened up and joined together. They were eating up the aura of the two evil spirits and biding them together, making them weak.
"Lucia, get your head straight'' Walden yelled when he noticed Lucia's voice going down.
"They are too powerful, Walden'' Lucia said.
"Walden, hold the sect together, I will go and help Lucia''
"Go!'' Walden said and drew the two sects together and Boaz ran over to Lucia. He hugged her from the back and stepped into her body, taking over.
The moment that happened, the two evil spirits begun to scream in pain. They gradually entered inside the white money pills and the pills entered inside the encasement bottle that they came from.
Boaz slowly came out of Lucia's body and held her when she was about to fall.
Walden picked the bottle and said to them, "let's get out of here.''

Kenji Apartments- the Penthouse.
'Here…'' Walden handed over the jaded pot to Mason. "I hope you keep your promise, Mason.''
Mason smiled. "Of course, I will keep my promise. Tell me, apart from what I promised you, what else do you want?''
"Why her?'' Walden asked. This question has being on his mind the past few days since meeting Alison. He didn't understand why his mother chose Alison.
Mason smiled and patted Walden's shoulder. "She is a handful, right? But you will soon find her why she was chosen. Protect her, Walden. When the time comes, you will need her because she will play an important role in your life.''
Mason smiled and turned away with the jaded pot. After taking a few steps, he disappeared.
Walden sighed and sat down. He looked at his hands and leaned back, closing his eyes.

Alison walked out of her room already dressed for work. She was wearing a cream blouse and black jean pants.
"Alonso, good morning…'' Alison greeted and picked one of the pancakes that Alonso was making. 'This is delicious.''
"Are you ready to go to work?'' Alonso turned and asked. He was wearing an apron over his uniform.
"What time do you leave for school?'' Alison poured herself a glass of non-cream milk as she asked.
"I will leave very soon. Elder sister, don't forget to pass by later on. The homeroom teacher said there were some papers left for you to sign to complete the transfer process.''
"Right, I totally forgot. I was supposed to go over yesterday but…'' Alison furrowed her brows and asked. "What happened yesterday? I can't seem to remember anything at all apart from getting back from work. Everything else seems blank.'' Alison frowned.
Lately, she has being feeling like she has lost a few memories or important things. She didn't understand.
Alonso looked at her curiously. He suddenly felt pity for Alison. In order to protect her, her memory of bad things has been erased by Walden.
Alonso smiled. "Nothing much happened. You came back from work and I prepared supper. We watched a movie before you went to bed. You also told me about getting transferred to the Secretary's office to help them out.''
Alison smiled and she felt relieved. "Right, I told you all that, right? That's a relief. My mind is blank, I was worried that maybe something was wrong with me. I thought I lost an important memory last night.''
"Here, I packed your lunch.'' Alonso placed the small lunchbox on the table.
"Alonso, I'm really happy that I adopted you. You are the best brother in the whole world.''
