Chapter 272 - She was told to?

"Oh good Lord, the poor thing really is suffering" came the voice of a brown haired woman as she looked a bit sad.

"What do you expect, mortals and all their many problems and feelings" replied another woman as she walked into the room where the brown haired woman was in as she smiled.

"Do not be so mean Cleora, the poor girl is suffering" replied the brown haired woman as she looked at the black haired woman named Cleora.

"Well you would know a thing or two about suffering and sorrow Delora" replied Cleora with a smiled as she walked to a little bookshelf and she played with some glass vials on them.

"Oh very funny, Cleora, what a being you are, and stop touching my stuff" said Delora as she angrily turned to look at Cleora who was busy playing with her stuff.

"Well stop watching the human then, you have many more important things to do than to watch that poor human girl" said Cleora.

"She is not just a poor human girl, she is a Queen, the Queen of Wyverdale" said Delora as she smiled and she turned around from the caldron as she turned to look at Cleora, the room was very dark, and there was no light around, except for a few lanterns that were placed here and there.

"And since when did you get so invested with the matters of mortals?" asked Cleora as she turned to look at Delora slowly.

"Well you know I am not particularly interested in their matters, it is often boring, often greed, hate, envy, love, and all, but this time, it is different, what is happening now, is fun to watch, gives me something interesting to do for once" said Delora as she laughed and Cleora scoffed, could Delora hear what she was saying right now? She sounded so crazy.

"Do not get involved Delora, you know the rules" said Cleora.

"Yes, I do know the rules, and who says anything about me getting involved? I am only going to watch" said Delora as she smiled and Cleora rolled her eyes at Delora, she did not trust her one bit.

"I am sure that if Elvira finds out what you have been doing, she will not be pleased" said Cleora.

"Who said anything about Elvira finding out, as long as you do not tell her, she will not know" said Delora with a smug look on her face.

"What should I not know?" came the voice of a grey haired woman with brown eyes as she walked into the room and as soon as Delora heard her voice, her eyes went wide.

"Greetings Elvira" said Cleora as she bowed down to the woman named Elvina.

"Greetings Elvira" said Delora as she followed in suite and she bowed down just like Cleora did.

"Hmm greetings" said Elvira as she could sense that something was going on here.

"Why do you both like the dark so much?" asked Elvira as she scoffed and in the same moment she snapped her fingers as the once dark room was now filled with light as more lanterns were lit and the room was no longer dark and gloomy, but bright.

"Now tell me what it is that you do not want me to know?" asked Elvira as she walked around the room and Cleora and Delora both stood up.

"Ahh, it is nothing Elvira, nothing" said Delora as she smiled and she lied through her teeth.

"You know that I do not like liars, neither do I like pretenders, now before I count to 3, you better have told me what it is that you are hiding from me, before I send you to the gallows" said Elvira as Delora shivered at the mere thought of being sent to the gallows.

"It is nothing Elvira, truly nothing, I was only watching some mortals" said Delora as she smiled.

"Hmm, Cleora" said Elvira as she looked at Cleora, she did not trust Delora's words at all.

"Elvira, Delora was watching the mortals, the King of Wyverdale and his wife" said Cleora as she spoke the truth.

"Where are they?" asked Elvira.

"They are both in the Yonder Realm Elvira, Rehoboth escorted the Queen earlier today" said Cleora.

"Hmm, I see" said Elvira.

"Yes" replied Cleora.

"Has Elysia done as she was told to?" asked Elvira.

"Yes she has, she gave the Queen a map that would lead her to the King" said Cleora.

"Good, and what about the other aspect?" asked Elvira as she looked at Cleora.

"She has taken care of that as well Elvira, she has done as you have asked her to" said Cleora.

"And how is Liam?" asked Elvira.

"He is very good, actually, everything is going on nicely" said Delora as she replied rather too cheerfully for Elvira's liking.

"Delora, what are you up to?" asked Elvira.

"Nothing Elvira, nothing at all" said Delora as she shook her head and Cleora scoffed, she was a liar.

"Delora, I will let you off for lying this time, but next time, you might not be so lucky" said Elvira as Delora nodded her head, she did not want to be punished at all.

"Do not interfere, not at all, let things go on their own accord, you know that we are not allowed to interfere in the matter of the mortals, and if you do, you will be punished" said Elvira.

"Yes Elvira, I am aware, and I will not interfere at all, not at all, I give you my word" said Delora.

"Hmm" said Elvira as she did not seem to believe Delora at all.

"That is all I have to say to the both of you, let things be revealed in their own course" said Elvira as she walked away and she did not wait for Cleora and Delora to reply to her.

"You know, I do not know how Elvira does it, this whole thing is happening because of her granddaughter" said Delora as she turned to look at Cleora.

"Well unlike you, Elvira can separate her duties from her family" said Cleora.

"I doubt that" said Delora.

"Get back to what you are supposed to be doing" said Cleora as she walked away and Delora scoffed.

"You are annoying, you are trying to be like Elvira, but you can never be" said Delora.

"I cannot hear you" said Cleora as she walked away and Delora scoffed more as she walked to the cauldron that was filled with clear water as she dipped her hand in the water and she stirred the water.

"Hmm, good luck to you Wura" said Delora as she felt somewhat bad, but well, things had to be this way.

Wura walked around as she was alone, all alone, she called out for someone but no one heard her at all, in the same moment, her surroundings changed and the ground opened.

"Wura" called Liam as Wura heard his voice.

"Liam??" asked Wura as she looked around and she heard Liam call her again as she looked down and she saw him hanging down there, holding on for dear life.

"Liam, Liam" called Wura as she bent down, she tried to pull him up, but she just could not pull him up, he was too heavy.

"Liam hold on" said Wura as she cried.

"Wura, I love you" said Liam as he let go and he fell down into the darkness as Wura cried.

"Nooo" cried Wura as she suddenly opened her eyes and she sat up straight as she touched her face and she felt tears drop from her eyes.

"Liam…" said Wura as she cried silently, she missed him so much, she wanted to find him so much.

Her mind kept on going to those last three words that he had said to her for the last time, that he loved her… he loved her.

If he loved her, then why did he not say so earlier? If he had, she would tell him that she loved him too, and that she was only being childish, and that she loved him so much, more than he would ever know, because he slowly captured her heart.

Wura quickly wiped away her tears, the sun was slowly rising, and she knew that everyone would be awake soon, and she did not want them to see her crying.

Wura sniffed as she closed her eyes and she took a deep breath.

"Calm down Wura… we will find him… we will" said Wura to herself as she sniffed, she would find Liam, she would, and very soon.

Wura took a deep breath as she made sure to wipe all her tears away, she really hoped that her eyes were not red, or else, she would not be able to explain why they were.

"Are you alright my Queen?" asked Mero as he happened to be still awake and he saw Wura wake up.

"I am fine Mero" said Wura as she quickly bowed her head down.

"Alright my Queen" said Mero as he did not ask any more.

"Wake up the others, we should be on our way" said Wura.

"Alright my Queen" said Mero as he walked away to wake up Elihu and Zuph.
