"No!" said Wura as she shouted.
"No, do not tell me that, do not dare tell me that Mero, where is Liam?" asked Wura as she felt like her heart was in pieces, the worst that she had feared was now happening.
"My Queen I…" said Mero as he did not know what to say, he had dreaded this, he had tried to hard to find Liam for the past three days, but he was not successful at all, and when he finally returned to the Castle, and he heard that Nora was looking for him, he feared facing Wura once he heard that she had finally woken up.
"You cannot tell me that, please say that you are lying Mero, please" said Wura as she pleaded with Mero as tears began to flow from her eyes.
Mero could not bring himself to look at Wura, not when he felt exactly the same way he felt.
"My Queen… we have been unable to find his body" said Mero.
"No, he is not dead, he is not, you have to find him" said Wura as she felt her legs give way and she fell down to the ground on her knees with a thud.
"My Queen!" said Nora as she rushed to Wura's side.
"My Queen, please do not cry" said Nora as she did not know what to do, it pained her to see Wura like this.
"How can you tell me not to cry? How can you? I want Liam back, he needs to come back" said Wura as her sobs filled the room, Mero's heart broke seeing her like this, hearing her cries.
"How long have you been searching for him?" asked Wura as she looked up and Mero stood up to look at her.
"For the past three days my Queen" said Mero as he replied and Wura sniffed as she dried her tears and Nora helped her to stand up.
"What happened? Why was I unconscious? Nora told me that I was unconscious for three days" said Wura as she needed to understand everything first.
"My Queen… when his Majesty told me to take you away… I did, and you struggled with me, but in that same time, the ground shook again, and we lost balance and you fell and hit your head, I brought you back to the Castle as soon as I could, and you did not wake up, we were all worried, the physician checked on you, and he said that you would be alright" said Mero as he explained.
"How long have you been looking for Liam?" asked Wura again as there had to be some sort of mistake, they had to find him, they had to, three days was too much for them not to find him yet.
"For three days my Queen… and we have not found any sign of him" said Mero as Wura looked away and she began to cry again.
"My Queen… believe me, we have tried our best" said Mero.
"Well your best is not enough, you need to find him… please find him" said Wura as she cried.
"Mero, please I beg you… find Liam, please find him, please" said Wura as she cried.
"I will find him my Queen" said Mero as he was going to find Liam with all the power he had, he was not going to stop until he found him.
"Promise me that you will find him Mero, promise me" said Wura as she needed some assurance right now, she could not help but fear the worst, they had been searching for three days, and yet they found nothing, she was scared.
"I promise you my Queen" said Mero as he bowed down.
"I promise you that I will not cease to look for him until I have found him, and I will not rest, until he is found" said Mero as he assured Wura, he needed to find Liam, he refused to believe that he had just disappeared like that.
"Thank you Mero… thank you" said Wura as she sniffed.
"I will take my leave now my Queen" said Mero as he was going to return back out there to look for Liam, along with the rest of the knights.
"Alright Mero" said Wura as she rubbed her eyes.
"Rest well my Queen" said Mero as he bowed once again and he walked out of the room as Wura began to cry once again, she could not rest well, no, not at all, not until Liam was found, and he was back safe and sound.
"My Queen please… you are still not well, crying is not good for you, please do not cry my Queen" said Nora, she did not really know what was going on, but it would seem like Liam was missing.
"Nora, please, you are asking something impossible from me" said Wura as she cried.
"My Queen" said Nora.
"It is my fault, all my fault" said Wura as she cried even more, she could not calm herself down, no, not when her husband was no where to be found, all she wanted was for him to come back.
"My Queen please, please calm down, your temperature is getting hotter" said Nora as she could feel that Wura's temperature was rising, probably from all her crying.
"My Queen, please lie down" said Nora as she helped Wura to her bed.
"My Queen, what can I do to make you feel better?" asked Nora as she looked at Wura.
"Nora just leave me alone" said Wura as Nora was surprised as she could not say anything.
"Please… I would like to be alone, so please leave… I beg you Nora" said Wura as she cried.
"As you wish my Queen" said Nora as she bowed her head, she understood that Wura needed to be alone, so she would let her be.
"If you need me my Queen, please call for me" said Nora.
"Do not let anyone in Nora, I want to be alone" said Wura as she did not look at Nora at all.
"Yes my Queen" said Nora as she nodded her head and she walked out of Wura's room and Wura began to cry even more, she just felt so horrible so terrible, her headache started to return to her, she just closed her eyes as she cried.
…
Wura had no more tears left to cry, she just stood there, in front of her window, looking out into the meadow, the flowers had all bloomed, all the snow was gone, it was the first day of Spring, she had been looking forward to it so much, but now that it was here, she could feel nothing but sadness, she felt like her heart had been ripped out, and it could not be mended again.
"Royal Duke, please forgive me, but her Majesty asked that no one see her, she would like to be alone" said Nora as she looked at Nigel.
"She has refused to see anyone" said Nora.
"But I want to see her" said Nigel.
"Royal Duke, please forgive me, butt those were the orders that I was given from her Majesty" said Nora.
"That is alright, I will not mention your name, just let me pass through, I need to see her" said Nigel as Nora hesitated, she did not want to disobey Wura, but she also knew that Wura needed someone to talk to right now, and if it was not her, she was alright with that.
"Please" said Nigel.
"Alright" said Nora as she moved aside.
"Thank you" said Nigel as he walked ahead and he knocked on the door, but he received no reply, he turned to look at Nora, who only shook her head.
Nigel knocked on the door again, and he received no reply, so he opened the door.
Wura heard the door of her room open, but she did not care, she wanted to be alone right now, she did not want to see or hear from anybody, they would not understand, they would only tell her to calm down, they could not understand the kind of pain and regret and guilt that she felt right now.
"Wura" called Nigel as Wura quickly turned around as soon as she heard Nigel's voice.
"Uncle Nigel" said Wura as tears started to fall from her eyes once again.
"Oh Wura, my dear, why are you crying?" asked Nigel as he walked closed to Wura.
"Uncle, forgive me, please forgive me" said Wura as she cried.
"Forgive you for what my dear?" asked Nigel.
"For everything, it is all my fault, it is my fault that Liam is missing, it is my fault" said Wura as she broke down in tears, it was her fault.
"Oh my dear, please do not say such nonsense" said Nigel as he hugged Wura, he could tell that she needed comforting right now.
"But it… it… it is the truth Uncle, it is because of me that Liam is gone and we cannot find him" said Wura as she cried even more and she hugged Nigel tightly, she was sorry, so sorry.
