"My Queen, I have all the items you asked for" said Nora as she smiled and she walked into Wura's room with a cloth in her hand.
"Oh thank you Nora, you are so fast" said Wura as she laughed and she looked at Nora, who was her trusted confidant.
"Yes my Queen, there happened to be some old paints and brushes that were left in the Castle's storeroom" said Nora as she smiled.
"Place them here please Nora" said Wura as she smiled and she patted her bed as she nodded her head happily.
"Alright my Queen" said Nora as she did as she was told and she laid the cloth on Wura's bed as she unwrapped the cloth and there were paintbrushes made out of feathers and animal fur, as well as some colours of paint and a tiny little canvas.
"My Queen, I did not know that you like to paint" said Nora.
"Oh I do Nora, I simply do, I Love painting" said Wura as she smiled and she picked up the paintbrush as she ran it across the palm of her left hand, she was checking if it was quality or not, and believe her, she knew.
"It is a hobby I picked up while growing up, my mother did not like for me to go outside" said Wura as she smiled.
"And well one faithful day, when I was thirteen, a painter came to the house to paint a portrait of my family" said Wura as she recalled fond memories.
"I was mesmerized, with every stroke of the brush on the canvas, and the different colours, I was so interested in painting" said Wura as she smiled, she found painting something peaceful to do to pass the time, it made you feel at peace, completely oblivious of everything else going on around you, except for you, your brushes, the canvas, and the object that you are painting.
"I asked my father for some paintbrushes and paints, and he got them for me" said Wura as she smiled.
"And every since then, I fell in love with painting" said Wura while smiling, she would stay inside and paint, she would paint the daily objects she saw, even when she could not sleep, she would stay up and paint the stars in the night sky that she could see through her bedroom window.
She loved painting, and yet she had stopped doing that since she had moved to the Castle, mainly because she had left all her paintbrushes and paints in her bedroom at home, and she did not want to be a bother and send for them here.
"My Queen, your eyes shine when you speak about painting" said Wura as she smiled.
"That is because I love it so much, I cannot imagine my life if I had not started to paint" said Wura as she smiled, she would not call herself the best painter, but she did not know that she some things.
The way she used to pass her time back home was by painting, she would stay in her room and paint, now she finally knew why she felt so bored in the Castle, she had left her love behind, but that would not be so, she had nothing or no one else to distract her, so she could fully focus on her painting.
"I admire your love for painting my Queen" said Nora as she smiled, she was happy to see Wura to happy, she preferred Wura to be happy rather than sad.
"Thank you Nora" said Wura as she smiled.
"Nora" called Wura as she smiled.
"Yes my Queen?" asked Nora as she smiled.
"How would you like to pose for me?" asked Wura as she smiled, she had a great idea, she would paint a tiny portrait of Nora, after all, she had nothing else to do for the reminder of the day, and she would eat dinner in her room, which gave her more than enough time to focus solely on painting.
"My Queen??" asked Nora in shock, as she was sure that she did not hear Wura correctly.
"I asked if you would like to pose for me Nora?" asked Wura as she smiled, she found Nora's sudden surprise cute.
"Ahh… well No my Queen… how can I pose for you my Queen?" asked Nora as she shook her head.
"I am sure you can find someone much more worthy to pose for you" said Nora.
"Oh Nora, there is no need for that when you are right here" said Wura as she smiled.
"Ah… but… but my Queen, I… I…" said Nora as she stuttered.
"What is the matter Nora?" asked Wura as she smiled.
"I am not worthy to pose for you my Queen… and besides I… I do not like to be noticed" said Nora.
"Nora, you will not be seen by anybody, it will only be me and you" said Wura as she smiled sweetly while Nora still looked reluctant.
"Oh please Nora… I have no one else but you, I need your help, I never did get good in portraits, so I need you to help me Nora, please" said Wura as she pleaded with Nora.
"Please Nora…" said Wura as she pleaded.
"My Queen, please do not beg me, it is not done" said Nora.
"So does that mean you agree?" asked Wura as she smiled.
"Umm…" said Nora as she sighed.
"Alright my Queen, I agree, I will do as you wish" said Nora as she knew she had no other choice.
"Thank you Nora!!" said Wura as she smiled happily and she hugged Nora which took her by surprise.
"You are… welcome my Queen" said Nora as she smiled… the Queen was hugging her, it felt nice… but at the same time strange, she did not know what she did that made Wura like her so much, she felt like she did not deserve it at all.
"Alright Nora, sit down, sit down" said Wura as she smiled and she sat Nora down as Nora was just left in surprise as things were happening so fast.
"I will make sure to capture your imagine" said Wura as she smiled and she took the canvas as she smiled.
"Nora, do you prefer to smile, or just have a serious face?" asked Wura as she looked at Nora.
"I would prefer to be serious my Queen" said Nora.
"Oh please smile Nora, you look very beautiful when you smile" said Wura as she smiled and it made Nora smile.
"Thank you my Queen" said Nora as she smiled.
"Yes, like that Nora, smile like that" said Wura as she smiled.
"As you wish my Queen" said Nora as she smiled and she did as she was told as Wura smiled happily, this would take a while, but it would be worth it.
…
"You should have seen her Mero, she spoke like the Queen she was" said Zechariah as he smiled and he looked at Mero.
"I felt proud to be called a Wyverdanian when she spoke" said Zuph as he smiled.
"Believe us Mero, I am proud to serve the Queen" said Luc as he smiled.
"Hmm I see" said Mero as he was not really paying attention, but he was listening to them.
"You all esteem her higher than she is" said Elihu.
"All she had to do was speak and nothing more" said Elihu as he scoffed and everyone else frowned at him.
"That may be so, but she spoke with so much honesty and sincerity that no one would doubt her" said Zechariah as he smiled.
"That is because her lips are obviously charmed" said Elihu as he scoffed.
"Watch your mouth Elihu, you are speaking ill of the Queen, the wife of the king, Liam our leader" said Mero as he narrowed his eyes at Elihu as he sent him a warning gaze.
"Of course Mero, you defend her" said Elihu as he scoffed.
"I defend her because she is innocent, and she surely does not deserve any of your nonsense Elihu" said Mero as he looked at Elihu.
"She never did anything to you, so I honestly do not understand what you hate about her so?" asked Mero.
"And honestly, I do not care at all, all I expect from you is that you treat her with the respect she deserves, and if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing at all" said Mero.
"I am not playing with you Elihu, I will not take such nonsense from you, so warn yourself now Elihu" said Mero as he warned Elihu sternly.
"I hear you Mero" said Elihu reluctantly, but he had no other choice but to do as Mero had said, or else, he would be in big trouble.
"Better that you do" said Mero as he really hoped that Elihu would listen to him, for his own good, because Wura was not someone to underestimate at all.
