"Nora" called Wura as she followed behind Nora, and Nora slowed down and she walked behind Wura as she realized that she was walking ahead of the princess.
"Yes my princess" said Nora as Wura turned to look at her.
"Have you eaten yet?" asked Wura.
"Ah…" said Nora as she was surprised, she did not expect Wura to ask if she had eaten or not.
"Yes I have eaten breakfast my princess" said Nora.
"Alright then" said Wura as she smiled.
"Thank you for asking my princess" said Nora as she smiled and she bowed her head.
"Anytime" said Wura as she turned to look at Nora and she smiled and she almost fell and tripped on a crease on the red carpet until she was caught.
Wura closed her eyes as she braced herself for the impact, but it never came so she opened her eyes, and she finally noticed that someone was holding her, and that was why she did not fall down.
"Are you Alright Princess??" asked Mero as he held Wura as he was coming in the same direction as she was when he saw her trip and he rushed to catch her.
"Oh my princess, are you alright??" asked Nora as she was relieved, the princess almost fell because she was smiling at her.
"Oh…" said Wura.
"I am alright" said Wura as she smiled.
"Thank you Sir Mero for catching me, you are very swift on your feet" said Wura as she smiled at him, this was not the first time she had been absent minded and she had fallen, as a child she never used to pay attention to her surroundings, and she would almost trip all the time.
"You are welcome my princess" said Mero as he made sure Wura was standing well and he let go of her.
"Please be careful next time Princess" said Mero.
"Yes, he is right my princess, you almost fell" said Nora as she spoke up, she was grateful that this man had helped Wura and stopped her from falling, and Mero turned to look at Nora, and she looked away from him.
"Oh you all worry too much, I will not break if I suffer a little fall" said Wura as she laughed.
"That may be true my princess" said Mero as he turned back to look at Wura.
"But your safety is our uttermost concern" said Mero.
"Well Thank you once again Sir Mero, I really do appreciate you for catching me" said Wura as she smiled at him.
"There is no need to thank me princess, it is my duty to you, to serve and protect you" said Mero and Wura smiled at him.
"Oh Sir Mero, this is my personal maid Nora, and Nora this is Sir Mero, one of his highness's most trusted men" said Wura as she introduced the both of them and she smiled.
"I did not expect to see you once more" said Mero as he looked at Nora, he had finally remembered where he had seen her before, she was the lady in the midnight blue dress at the wedding celebration yesterday.
"You two know each other?" asked Wura as she looked at Mero and Nora.
"Well not in a personal way my princess" said Nora as she quickly replied.
"I met him yesterday at the wedding, and I happened to step on his foot" said Nora.
"Which by the way, I am still very sorry for stepping on your foot yesterday" said Nora as she looked at Mero briefly before she looked back down.
"That is alright, I did not think much of it at all" said Mero he did not know that a maid could be so beautiful, when he saw her yesterday he would have never imagined that she was a maid, rather he thought that she was one of the daughters of a Duke or Lord.
"Oh thank you my Lord" said Nora as she bowed her head.
"You may just call me Sir Mero" said Mero.
"Alright, thank you Sir Mero" said Nora as she bowed once again.
"My Princess, where are you going to?" asked Mero as he turned back to look at Wura, who had been thinking.
"Oh, um, I was going to his highness's office" said Wura as she smiled.
"I was on my way there as well" said Mero.
"Would you like for me to escort you there?" asked Mero.
"Of course, why not, please lead the way Sir Mero" said Wura as she smiled.
"Alright my princess" said Mero as he began to walk and Nora and Wura followed behind him.
"Why did you not tell me that you had met Mero?" asked Wura as she walked closer to Nora and she whispered so that only the both of them could hear what she was saying.
"Well it skipped my mind my princess, and at the time, I was not aware of who he was" said Nora as she whispered back.
"Oh well, alright then" said Wura as she seemed to be thinking.
"My princess, is anything the matter?" asked Nora as she saw that Wura was thinking.
"No Nora, nothing is the matter at all" said Wura.
"All is well" said Wura as she smiled.
"Alright my princess" said Nora as she said nothing else, if Wura said that all was well, then all was well.
Mero stopped in front of a door, and he knocked and he heard an Enter as he turned to look at Wura.
"Ladies first" said Mero as he looked at Wura.
"Why thank you Sir Mero" said Wura as she smiled.
"Nora please wait for me here" said Wura as she turned to look at Nora.
"Yes my princess" said Nora as she nodded her head and Mero opened the door for Wura and she entered first and he entered after her.
"Who is it?" asked Liam as he looked up from his desk and his eyes met Wura's.
"Oh what a surprise" said Liam as he smiled, he did not expect to see Wura here in his office at all today, and yet here she was.
"Good Morrow Liam" said Mero as he walked in front of Wura.
"And another surprise" said Liam as he placed the parchment he was reading on the table, and he smiled.
"Good Morrow Mero" said Liam as he smiled.
"What brings the both of you here this morning?" asked Liam as he smiled and he gestured that they both sit down, to which they did.
Mero looked at Liam, his eyes asked if he could discuss the matter he came here for in the presence of Wura.
"You may go ahead Mero" said Liam as he smiled at him.
"Alright, well Liam I came here to discuss with you the matter of my journey to the east" said Mero as he started.
"Have you decided on the day you shall embark on the journey?" asked Liam.
"Yes I have" said Mero as he nodded.
"I have decide to depart at evening today" said Mero as he had thought it through, and there were much more less bandits on the way at night time, seeing as it often snowed and got colder during night time.
"Well alright then, it is your choice" said Liam as he nodded his head, and Wura just say quietly there as she let the two men discuss their matters.
"So have you decided to bring any one along with you?" asked Liam.
"Well No, I have decided that it would be best for me to go alone" said Mero.
"And what if you require any assistance?" asked Liam
"I will handle it myself, the less people I bring along with me, the less problems may arise" said Mero.
"You do have a point Mero" said Liam as he seemed to be thinking.
"Well alright, you may go, I will see you off later" said Liam as he snapped out of this thoughts.
"Alright Liam" said Mero as he stood up and he turned to Wura.
"I shall take my leave now princess" said Mero as he looked at Wura.
"Well alright then Sir Mero, take care" said Wura as she smiled at him.
"Thank you my princess" said Mero as he bowed his head.
"And once again congratulations on your wedding" said Mero.
"Thank you Sir Mero" said Wura as she smiled at him and Mero left the room, leaving only Wura and Liam in the Liam's office together.
Wura turned back as Mero closed the door behind him, and her eyes met Liam's which seemed to be twinkling which made her annoyed and she scoffed at him, he looked so innocent when he was not at all.
"Now we are alone" said Liam as he smiled.
"Mhmm" replied Wura as she looked around everywhere in the room expect for Liam's face.
"So what is it that brought you here today?" asked Liam.
"I was really surprised when I saw you" said Liam as he smiled.
"Do not flatter yourself your highness" said Wura as she frowned.
"I am here to discuss a very important matter with you" said Wura seriously.
"Oh… and what would that be?" asked Liam as he looked at Wura, he wondered what she wanted to discuss with him.
