Enasha find her way back home. When she arrived, her mother rushed towards her, and very worried.
"What happened to you my dear? You're all wet. Did it rain? I'm so worried about you! Where have you been?"
"Mom please calm down. I'm fine. I just get wet because I take a bath in a large paddle."
"What large paddle? You mean the water falls?"
"Is that what it is called mom?"
"Yes. But how come you end up in that place? It's far from the village already. It is near the exit going to the City."
"It is? That is why someone's there." (whispering)
"Are you saying something?"
"Nothing mom. How about you mom? Did your fever go already? Do you feel better?"
"Yes I feel better after transforming into wolf".
"Thanks goodness! I'll go get myself dry first mom. I'll just put the vegetable and fruits in the storage tomorrow."
"I'll be the one to do it tomorrow Enasha. After you get dry let's eat dinner."
"Ok mom. I'll get out after"
Enasha get inside her room and start drying up herself. While she is in the middle of what she's doing, the face of the human who help her pop up in her head and the incident happened flashback. She begun blushing and smiles shyly. Then, some thought come in her mind.
I owe you my second life. I'm glad you have saved me without hesitation even though I'm in werewolf form. I promise to repay you my heart once I found you. Wherever you are, I'll find you. Just wait until I can go out from this forest.
"Enasha! Are you done already? Let's eat now."
"Yes mom! I'm coming out."
Enasha went out to their kitchen to eat dinner with her mother.
"Is dad still on the mission?"
"Yes darling. They are still searching the same kind of that sparkling stone."
"Oh the stone. I hope they'll find a lot. I want to have one of the stone."
"We'll ask your dad when he come home."
"Thank you mom! You're the best!"
"Well then, let's start digging up our food before it gets cold."
"Alright mom! Thank you for the food."
Enasha and Agatha start eating.
After eating, Enasha help her mom clean the table and wash the dishes. While in the middle of washing Enasha ask something to her mom.
"Mom, is it possible that human from the City can enter in this forest?"
"Well, as far as I know, The forest is prohibited to human for a very long time."
"Why it is prohibited to human?"
"Well, the department that takes good care of nature create that ordinance to human so that no one can enter the forest. And they indicate some false information about the forest to frightened the human."
"Like what false information?"
"Like there are wild animals that eat human."
"Oh that's very scary!"
"Yes indeed. That's why we can peacefully live here."
"Why mom? Is human harmful?"
"Not really. But, there are humans who wants to study all living organisms body. And you know what, they'll kill each organism once they're going to study on it. Every single parts, will torn into pieces. With that research and study, they can gain a lot of money."
"Really? That's so cruel!"
"That's why we are protected by the department that I'm saying."
"You mean, the department knows that we are existing? But why?"
"Yes, but only the department head. Why? Because he is one of us. His name is Pitagoris. But in the City of human he is called Philip Anster."
"Oh, that is why. But why he is not living with us in the forest?"
"Well, he has already lots of property in the City. He can hide himself in one of his house during night. He lives alone so he is safe and no one can see him on his werewolf form."
" Oh, maybe he is lonely alone mom. But he needs to be there to control the human."
"That's for sure. He is like a hero to all of us. That is why we always bring something for him when we go to the City. We make sure to gave him nutritious food. He is already old, so we don't know how long he'll going live. With that, we also don't know how long we can live peacefully in this forest."
"That's a big problem if ever he'll gone."
"You are right. That's why he is looking for a trainee who's willing to replace on his position before leaving."
"I hope he'll find trustworthy replacement mom."
"We are done washing and tidying our kitchen Enasha. We can now take some rest."
"Yes mom. Amh mom, when will dad come home?"
"Maybe tomorrow, he came here these morning. And told me that the research is about to end. They also found lots of the stone."
"Really? I'll ask some to dad."
"I'll go to my room now. You too, ok? Don't forget to turn off the lights."
"Yes mom."
Enasha's mom went to the room while Enasha was left alone in the kitchen. She turn off the lights and went to her room after.
While lying in her room, Enasha's thought about what happens to her in the water falls come back, and the face of the human who helped her clearly flash back on her memory.
"Gosh! Why does this man's face is always in my mind? But I can't deny that he is handsome. I hope will see each other again."
The smile on Enasha lips stays while she is lying down on her bed.
