Al Casendra and Kako entered the room, and the thick fragrance of woman's scent assaulted their nose. Yet, the two didn't have any change in their expression. They fixed both their eyes on the enchanting woman in front of them.
"Hello, welcome to my Rain Flower Pavilion." The woman said with a mesmerizing smile on her gorgeous lips.
"It's a pleasure to meet the leader of the Rain Flower Pavilion. This's my young master, and he didn't like to speak."
"Oh!" The woman creased her brow and stared at Al Casendra for a moment before she stared at Kako. "How should I address you?"
"Sorry, my bad. I'm Kako. A nobody."
'A nobody.'
She's getting more confused by the minute. What sort of duo is this? Yet, the ludicrous smile never left her face. "Please take a seat. I'm rain flower, by the way." She pointed to the couch.
Al Casendra sat and stared at the beautiful woman in front of him. He couldn't lie. This young lady was beautiful. 'Yet, she couldn't be compared with Sienna.'
Meanwhile, Kako didn't dare sit beside Al Casendra. He stood like a pole behind Al Casendra and stared intently at Rain Flower.
He knew his young master won't begin the conversation. Not only that, but he must take charge of the conversation. He cleared his throat and began.
Rain Flower tried to remain calm, but her sweaty palm made it obvious how nervous she was. Yet, she continued smiling, looking at the two.
"We knew you place some spies around us to monitor our movement. However, our master was too lazy to deal with them. So here we are."
Too lazy to deal with them.
Those were peak novice mage. But he was too lazy to deal with them. Rain Flower shivered slightly and swallowed the lumps in her throat. She knew those two in front of her were nothing but far from simple.
Any wrong response means her doom.
She hadn't found herself in this sort of situation in her life. She had accosted many powerful people, but she knew one or two things about them, giving her a chance not to be placed in a tight spot.
Rain Flower took a deep breath and said slowly. "You're right. As a new merchant, boasting of top grade beast part and elixir materials. I can't be negligence when I'm also in the same business. So, I need to know one or two things about my competitor. Isn't that right?"
She tried to play her card without letting out any opening. Though she knew they already made some opening. She couldn't afford to make any more blunders. So she thought.
"You're right. Getting to know more about your competitor is the best strategy to play. Yet, you step over the boundary…." Kako paused slightly and a smile, which was not a smile, appeared on his face.
Although Rain Flower was a rank 7 beginner mage; it didn't make Kako to get scare or whatnot. With the Rapid Fire bow. Anyone below the elite mage was under his control.
Seeing the smile and not so smile. Rain Flower got a foreboding feeling, and all the hair on her body stood straight.
"You follow us and tried to know our secret. You think we don't know when your men follow our trail when we loot both the Razor family and City lord mansion stores? Hmm?"
Rain Flower opened her mouth, but the word failed to come out.
"Don't talk your way out of it. And we don't come here for your measly excuses and irritating smile. Can you stop smiling, for heaven's sake!?" Kako's voice raised a decibel, shocking Al Casendra and Rain Flower.
Rain Flower smile stiffened. Never in her life had she been ridiculed to this level. Her smile irritates. Her world was in turmoil. She blinked twice, trying to adjust her mental state to what had just happened. Should she continue smiling or frown on her face?
Placed between a hard place and a rock. She thought for a moment and unknown fury erupt from her heart.
"Who the hell are you to decide for me whether or not to smile?" Rain Flower roared.
"Then who the hell are you to spy on us?" Kako retorted, not backing down.
Al Casendra looked at the two and the corner of his lips raised a bit. 'What a show!' he exclaimed in his mind. 'I need to drink to this show.'
Without further ado, he fished out an alcohol and uncorked the cork, and the strong smell of alcohol permits the air. Taking a swig, he nodded, and a slight sound escaped from his mouth.
Rain Flower flared her nose and looked at Al Casendra with a jar of alcohol and was lost. What sort of bizarre duo are they? She was furious, but she didn't know how to vent out her anger.
"I accept my wrong for sending a spy after you, but please don't tell me my smile is irritating." Rain Flower took a step back.
Kako opened his mouth but saw Al Casendra's hand and keep quiet. Seeing this, it piques Rain Flower interest. 'I hope this kid is quite reasonable than this old fool.'
Al Casendra fished out a scroll and threw it unceremoniously toward Rain Flower. Rain Flower wanted to erupt without fury, but exhaled deeply and caught the scroll. 'If not for those strange weapons, why would I allow you to step on my toes?'
'Don't worry, when I tell the world your secret. I'll watch how you run back to your shitty hole.'
She unfolded the scroll and read the content.
[Since you know our secret. First, it is either your life and all your pavilion will become history with you, or you choose the second option which are.
