Thundra stared at Felix as if saying 'I told you there's a we, and there you went challenging my kindness'.
Felix felt like digging a hole and burying himself inside it. He almost fought with someone who tried to help him! His future wif- ahem, partner!
"I'm going to -Chaotic Dungeon- to fight, my fingers are itching already, bye." Thundra turned to leave with a frown on her face. She seemed to still be a little bit angry at Felix's earlier actions.
She tried to help him, and he wanted to pick a fight with her!
Who does that?!
"Wait... what's your real name?" Felix asked with a friendly smile as he rolled down his sleeves with his face burning in embarrassment.
"It's still Thundra, I didn't change my name like you to most of the others. I'm really not very good at giving names." Thundra said with slight smile before disappearing in a puff of smoke.

Felix held the little rex gem in his palm for some time before storing it away in his inventory, and closing his eyes.
'Head back to home capsule.'
----
Away from Felix's position two quick and nimble figures dashing after a swift red eyed tiger with blue stripes instead of black.
Normal Difficulty - Blue Striped Tiger!
'C'mon, we won't let it go this time!'
They continued chasing after the Blue Striped Tiger before stumbling upon the remains of some dead people, forcing one of them to puke immediately.
"Fuck, what is that?!" The strong looking one out of duo spat with his hands pointed at the shadow of a strange creature.
It had the body of a hyena, and the head of a mad dog. It was the size of a truck with two massive fore-limbs and small himd-limbs.
In it's bloody mouth was caught the dead body of the Blue Striped Lion which was already mutilated from the bites of the weird animal.
Cru~nch!
The sound of blood being squashed by teeth sent wild shivers into the two hunters, as one peed his pants on the spot.
Growl...
"Run!" The strong looking hunter roared before dashing away without looking back, as his eyes turned bloodshot.
His going to die at such a stage, what a shame...
He has to rise up and rule the real world, he has to defend his family! True strength was before him, but he wasn't very lucky.
If I have to die, I'll die in style!
He shook his head firmly, as he steeled himself for what to come...
Turning around, the man threw out a ferocious fireball the size of a human baby's head at the strange creature.
Soon after ear-piercing screams were heard throughout the forest of golden trees.
----
Felix on the other hand was just sitting calmly while contemplating seriously on something.
Before him was the –Become The Strongest Mutant– screen, which he has yet to open out of anxiety.
What if it's a fake? Something this good can't really be here in a place like this right?
'Well, it won't hurt trying once...' Felix thought solemnly as the opened the window with a frown.
[Become The Strongest Mutant!]
[Random Item Selection...]
[Place Your Essence In The Given Circle To Continue!]
After hesitating for a couple of seconds, Felix slightly sighed before looking around himself curiously.
F*ck, I'm in a white room, how do I get my blood now...
As he was still immersed in his thoughts a new red screen appeared before his face with a fist sized circle at the centre.
"Do I place my hands on this too? How do I know if it'll actually work or not? What if it's a scam!" Felix spat anxiously, but out of curiosity still placed his palm on the circle. Well, you can't know until you try.
Felix slammed his palm against the red screen, as a strange red light engulfed his hands. It felt like someone was drawing him into something... or drawing something out of him!
After some seconds, the feeling disappeared along with the red screen and...
N-nothing happened... phew.
Felix was about to retract his hands when he suddenly felt a dull bang in his head, followed by a large influx of information.

[Welcome To Dark Heroism!]
"What the..." Felix was totally dumbfounded as he stared at the screen immersed in his thoughts.
Just like that? Was it a scam or not?
Was it really that easy to get something that could make one become the strongest mutant?
"It might really be a scam, besides I can't be the first person to find it. Why aren't there various overpowered players in the game now?"
After waiting for a few minutes, Felix finally closed his Heroic Dark Web tab, and immediately logged out of his capsule with a frown on his face.
----
Opening his eyes, Felix found himself lying carelessly on the ground with a blanket thrown over his body.
Jacob was sitting in the sofa behind him, completely drowned in his video games. The constant swaying of his body from left to right was an even more clear indication.
"Yawn, how long was I out Jacob?" Felix asked as he stretched his arms, and rose up from the bed with a wry smile.
"About an hour ago... you should rest for some more time. You'll need the energy for the upcoming entrance exams to the Universal Mutant Academy in two weeks." Jacob said without even sparing Felix a glance as he continued with his 'business' which was undoubtedly playing his games.
Huh...
Felix was dumbstruck. What legendary figure finally discovered his hidden awesomeness and placed him in the group applying for the academy? Of course, It's Nix or the council...
Anyways, getting to the outside world would help me find more about who killed my parents, and if my sister is still alive.
"Who vouched for me?" Felix teasingly asked as he walked up to Jacob and sat besides him with a slight smile on his face. This would be fun.
"Huh... it was Nix." Jacob answered before suddenly leaping up from the sofa and roaring out, "Finally, this daddy has gotten to Stage 9!"
Nix?
The beautiful lady with speed powers was the one who vouched for him?
Was he that amazing?
"Dude, are you sure she was the one who vouched for me?" Felix questioned further with taunting expression as he dragged Jacob to his seat.
On video games, this guy no longer feels emotion. I'm trying to hint I'm about to pick up your crush and you're ignoring me... have it your way.
"Yeah, something about your amazing mutant genes. Nothing personal." Jacob said with a shrug as he continued his game.
"Ah... well, it'll be fun being outside this place for once. I hope we don't come across too many troubles." Felix said truthfully as he sighed heavily with his eyes closed.
"Yeah, but as you know..." Jacob didn't complete it. Instead he let out a sigh then lean back on to his couch.
'We always get into too much trouble...'
Getting up and opening his eyes, Felix began to walk up to his bed with a slight smile. Just hope the academy brings us more fame... and money.
As for that strange virtual reality game that he can enter during sleep...
'Well, there's no harm in playing the game for some hours. Besides, I will probably be wasting my time sleeping idly.'
Felix laid back down with his back turned towards Jacob to shield the blue screens before him. Phew... he can't see me.
"Like I advised, you should rest more unless you'll be crushed at the academy's entrance exam by some mutant... or even a deviant. Just don't let us down brother." Jacob said with a smile as he turned back to face Felix who had already threw a blanket over himself.
"Don't disturb me in my sleep, or I'll mess with your dreams!" Felix warned before logging into his capsule again, leaving Jacob to his video game.
----
Felix had barely opened the Web when an unfamiliar gold screen popped up before his face, making him take a subconscious step back in shock.

"What the hell?! Is this thing messing with me or something?" Felix thought to himself as he read the message. He thought it was some kind of bug or glitch, so he didn't pay it much attention.
He immediately opened his mails window to check if any notification had been sent to him since he logged out of the game.

'Well well well. Someone has finally challenged me to a duel. Hehe what level is he? He needs to be crushed!' Felix thought smugly as he opened Demon Slayer's info with a smirk.
[Demon Slayer - Level 7]
'F*ck!' Felix swore as he saw the message. He hadn't seen this guy on the top player ranking list before, so he thought he was just some stupid commoner trying to bully him.
"Show ranking list."

"What the heck? How did I reach level 7 without even playing the game? Was that the real deal?" Felix's thoughts went haywire as he racked his brain to try and recall anything that caused this strange phenomenon.
'Was this game bugged? How?'
Was he really some OP character in some movie or novel? Power can't just fall from the sky, right?
Somehow, Felix was now considering himself a BUG player in the game. If he could just grow stronger by simply logging in and out...
I'll be invincible here!
