Even after returning home, Tia remained in a state of shock due to what she had witnessed. She secluded herself in her room, leaving Zero alone with the man who seemed to be thoroughly examining the entire premises.
"Nice house you got here, kid." the man claimed as he sat comfortably on the bamboo couch.
"It's not mine. Her grandfather's just letting me stay for a while." Zero claimed.
"I see" The man was filled with curiosity however, he pushed his inquiries inside. "Well, I forgot to mention. I'm Daniel House, and I work for TerraGuard."
"TerraGuard..." for a split second, a memory jogged from his mind. He had definitely heard it before yet his mind was so fuzzy and his mind ached trying to reminisce about it. "I-I think I heard it..."
"Ha! Nice try kid, but we weren't that famous to be known to children. We're a secret organization dealing with anomalies that interact with our world" Daniel laughed.
