The crevice just went on.
And at one point- "Keep a sharp eye-" I mumbled to my right- to Marie.
We were almost at the end and if my hunch was right- there was going to be an army on the other side as well.
Light!
Almost blinding for a second.
Bright.
It was bright as day-
There was no sun.
Yet- the ceiling looked so much like the sky.
Water- lots of water.
And a city just below.
We were quite high- maybe like on top of a mountain?
No, the city was just way- way below.
And no- it wasn't a village or a colony or something trivial.
It was a full-fledged City probably bigger than Brolk.
The space it took was wider than Brolk and its city combined.
Large buildings- odd wires, and flaming flights?
How the hell were they having fire underwater?
"What is this?"
And it didn't just put out those immense light but also heat?
