I had to deal with a mountain of paperwork… again…
There were quite some things to do.
Namely- make the country of Dorkanil- or rather Phalhana open and appoint new leaders across the country.
Which is where the goblin scholars came into play.
Instead of just leaving a single leader to look over everything at a given town-
We were going to appoint a handful of people to oversee a handful more and repeat, all the way down to the very citizens-
A proto-government of sorts-
The idea?
Apparently Nornan and Slack came up with it and we'd already run a trial in Dale-
'Hey, no one told me this shit…'
Just looking over the stack of reports, I could tell- this way or ruling had merits.
However-
"But isn't it us who choose the representatives? How's that different from nobles?"
