As soon as those words left their mouths, everybody started jumping in excitement.
"That means both of my brothers got their mates" Thena sighed. "And I'm still left" she pouted and Sophie giggled.
Derek was clutching Liana in his arms too tightly, he held her hand and pulled her out of the hall.
"Looks like someone can't wait" Thena laughed and Tyrion and Sophie joined her.
"Good for him, he doesn't have to" Tyrion spoke as he gave Sophie a hungry look. Sophie's insides melted and she turned red.
"Oh my god you guys, get a room already" Thena made a face. Daisy left them talking amongst themselves.
"Yeah, I guess we should" Tyrion said as he smirked at Sophie. If she was melting before, she's burning now.
"Alright that's it. Sophie's going with me" Thena took Sophie's hand and started pulling her away.
"But she's my date for tonight" Tyrion shouted behind them.
"Then postpone it" Thena gave him a finger and pulled Sophie with her, out of the mansion.
"God, isn't it annoying living with those girls? I went nuts even while talking to them" Thena said once she and Sophie were out of that mansion.
"Don't even ask" Sophie sighed "but, what about Helena? I thought you guys" Sophie stopped herself as she remembered what Thena had earlier said.
"She thinks we're stupid. I mean that girl is too predictable" Thena rolled her eyes. "But I'm happy, that Tyrion found you" she gave Sophie a genuine smile.
"Yeah, I'm happy. I just hope I win" Sophie said. She didn't know how results will be announced or what affects it and it was driving her nuts.
"You will win. Tyrion is the one who decides the final round and I'm sure he knows what he wants"
"I just hope" Sophie sighed as she remembered the spell.
"But with everything Tyrion had went through, and when dad forced him to get married he was heartbroken". Thena said as her voice dropped.
"Heartbroken?" Sophie questioned with a raised brow.
"Yeah, well he wanted to wait for his mate but he didn't have time, as an Alpha, you need to give your pack a Luna so that they don't revolutionise against you"
"Wait, is that why this competition is being held?"
"Yes, because of dad. Tyrion has nothing to do with this. But when he saw you, he felt like you were his mate and I'm happy everything is going good between you two."
Sophie's heart filled with love as she realised that Tyrion said this to Thena "I can't express how grateful I am" Sophie said.
"Hey! You don't need to be ok. Just don't break his heart because he feels like you're the one for him" Thena said and pulled Sophie for a hug.
A lump formed in Sophie's throat as she decided what she was about to do. This family has given her nothing but love and here she is, lying to all of them. Yesterday, after telling Liana, she realised how stupid it was of her to hide it.
All of them care about her, they would never put her in danger. And now, she was going to amend her mistakes.
"Thena, there's something I need to tell you" she said as they broke apart from the hug.
"Go on, I'm all ears" Thena motioned her to continue.
And that's what Sophie did, Sophie told her everything. She told her who she was, where she belonged and why she was here, she told him about how he and Tyrion got married in her world. She told her how Helena was possibly possessed by Goeth.
"You're not pranking me right?" Thena took a deep breath.
Sophie shook her head and took out her hand, thinking about water, that's when drops, then a lot of water started immersing from her hand.
"Oh my god" Thena's eyes widened. "You're his mate right?"
"Yes I am" Sophie nodded and Thena pulled her in for a hug. Thena was grinning so wide that Sophie thought how her cheeks might've been hurting.
"You don't know how guilty all of us felt while doing this to him, but now I'm happy" Thena said, suddenly worry filled her face. "But you need to tell him soon, he already has a thing for magical beings and if you don't tell him, he might feel tricked."
Sophie nodded and they talked for awhile. After they were done, Thena showed Sophie her room and then a tired Sophie left her. Sophie made her way to her room and sat in the bed.
She took a deep breath because today was hectic.
Suddenly, a knock on the door startled her.
She went to the door and opened it. In front of her, stood Helena.
"What do you want" Sophie asked, she was in no mood to waste her time on her.
"Wouldn't you call me in, Sophie?" Helena's eyes darkened and Sophie realised that she was possessed by Goeth.
Sophie brought her inside and closed the door.
"What do you want from me Goeth?" Sophie said through gritted teeth.
"You still didn't do your homework, I guess you're running late on time Sophie" Helena said with a dark voice.
"You are not going to harm a single person now, or else I'll make sure you rot in the dark pits of the ocean" Sophie said, she was done with everything Goeth was doing, especially because Tyrion was the one to face the repercussions.
"For that, you'll have to catch me, then defeat me. I think that's a lot of work for you" Helena smirked "but I'm sure you'll have time, especially when your sweet little prince is busy with me"
"If he knows anything, better believe you're dead, he will kill you Goeth" Sophie gritted.
That's when Sophie's phone started ringing and Helena laughed.
"If I were you, I'd have definitely picked up that call" Helena said as her eyes darkened.
Sophie picked up the phone and saw it was Steven. Dread filled her heart as she started guessing what might've been wrong.
"Come on Sophie, pick it up. And for the record, I didn't possess Helena, she came to me for powers" Helena said as her eyes ran through the room.
Sophie picked up the call taking a deep breath.
"Stevie, is everything alright?" She questioned with panic.
"Yes, I wanted to tell you something" Steven said on the other end of the call. Sophie's eyes went to Helena who has now opened the door and was smirking at Sophie.
"It's about Goeth, she's caught. She was caught three days ago" Sophie's eyes widened and went to where Helena was standing but she has now vanished.
