Eros knew he shouldn't be making a scene here. And that he didn't stand a chance against the Tengu who didn't bother to use an obscuring wristlet. Therefore, the angel tried to lure his opponent into a back alley. It was easier to do so than he anticipated since he was heavily at a disadvantage against the Tengu. Without the bracelet, his opponent was superior in both strength and speed. All Eros could do was block or parry the attacks.
"I'm looking forward to prying that phone out of your cold hands," the Tengu said, grinning from ear to ear.
"Too late, my messages auto-delete," Eros countered, dodging a jab to his side. He was panting heavily by now. He hoped to stall his enemy long enough for Coral to slip away. As for him, well, he'd probably manage to escape eventually. The buildings here were so full of nooks and gaps it would not be much of a challenge for an experienced Executioner like him.
